Much smaller than I anticipated. Exactly what I expected not much more though. Lots of free samples but if your not interested in buying something you might not find it a necessary trip.

Its smaller that the Grand bazaar but the vendors are still as aggressive. They are in your face. You need to be strong willed to shut this out. It makes it a little hard to enjoy. Getting past that, it is a great place to visit. Lots to see and try.

I actually wanted to walk around longer as it's a good place to shop for spices, dried fruit and other items. However, the vendors were really aggressive in selling and I could not just browse in peace. I understand with the COVID-19 pandemic that business is slow, but it's difficult to shop when you are being hounded. I did pick up a shawl, a pair of earrings and saffron. I probably did pay too much but I lost the will and gave in. Try to bargain. Clean and nice to browse and shop. Much smaller than the grand bazaar. One thing I would say is to check expiry dates of packaged items. I purchased a box of biscuits at the grand bazaar. The box I finally took has an expiry date of December 2020 but that was after me having to go through about 10 boxes which had expiry dates within a week or had already expired!
