We were really impressed with our trip. First class cabin is so comfortable with beds, bed linen, fridge etc. Guards onboard very helpful. We took food with us and downloaded plenty movies for the journey. Scenery was fantastic. A really great experience.

The train is old and dirty.. it is cold and mostly nothing is working well. The restaurant has no enough options,all bathrooms are very bad smelling. Never and ever again !!!

I can't remember exactly but we had a carriage to yourself. There were three of us and it fits. O Cost I think was about 14 euros for the carriage.

It's practically impossible. It seems that travel agencies snap them up. They go on sale ever night at midnight, and you can only purchase 4 weeks in advance. In Istanbul (or Turkey generally) you can buy them from some PTT... More
