On the first of our 8 days in Istanbul, my mum developed pain in her hip and had significant trouble walking. We knew we wouldn’t be able to continue the rest of our stay without a wheelchair. Thankfully a quick Google search led me to Istanbul Wheelchair. The contact person (via WhatsApp) was responsive and very helpful in answering my questions. The wheelchair I had selected was delivered on the same day, within a couple of hours of my confirmation (at 11pm!). The wheelchair we received was in good condition and served us well for 7 days. A relative has contacts in Istanbul and was at the same time making enquiries with other vendors for a rental wheelchair on our behalf but the none were as competitively priced or could deliver as quickly as Istanbul Wheelchair. Very happy with the service!

The staffs' were really friendly, respectful and always responsive. The wheelchair itself was in a very good condition and the battery longevity was very satisfying. I do highly recommend this company and its services to tourists who are traveling with their disabled beloved ones, under no circumstances they would charge you extra.

The Wheelchair delivery - in and out - was extremely smooth. The organisation left the wheelchairs at the hotel and pick it up from the security. We did not have to wait for them at all. I found that very efficient. The quality of the wheelchairs was superb; they were clean, neat and tidy and easy to manoeuvre. we had taken 2 and both had seatbelts which is required in Instabul. I would recommend anyone to connect with this organisation to pick up the wheelchairs instead of getting their own. I do which they would have similar facilities in Izmir and Cappadocia.

I searched so much to find a wheelchair for my mom. Honestly the price was cheaper than others and such a nice person who could speak English fluently. super on time service, super helpful, the wheelchair was so new and comfortable. I recommend this service extremely

What an excellent service by Istanbul wheelchair. I highly recommend for all needy people to must take benefit from this service without carrying extra luggage. The staff is very friendly and fair. Best communication skills and so supportive.

Exceptionally correct, timely and economic assistance. People of extraordinary honesty and capable of generously solving small problems that have occurred. Practically new wheelchair, clean and fully functional. There is, as promised, did find, even without advance payment, at the reception of the hotel on our arrival. Serious and highly recommended

I got in contact with the company via WhatsApp in 11th August. Needed a wheelchair for my mother-in-law. Booked it for 12/13th August for full days. The company sent Yusuf to deliver the chair first thing in the morning at the hotel. Fully charged electric wheelchair with charger included. MIL got the hang of using it very quickly, and was grateful as lots of walking around Istanbul was done. Hotel helped charge it overnight. Nurullah came to collect it from reception at the end of the booked days. Great efficient service. Great helpful using it around central Istanbul.

I cannot praise this company enough. We were booked in air b@b ( be careful!!!) it was awful and gave us wrong address twice! Found wonderful incredibly helpful hotel the neorion highly recommend. So changed delivery address for electric chair three times and they were amazing !! Incredible! Don't get your mobility scooter anywhere else!!

Excellent service! My mom needed wheelchair as she has both knees replaced and cannot walk for longer duration. I booked the wheelchair online and it was delivered to our hotel. Excellent service and very helpful. I would highly recommend to contact them. You can also take guidance on what's suitable or best for your specific needs. My mother was able to experience and enjoy Istanbul on a wheelchair :)
