Istanbul is just like a cultural crossroad, a place where Europe and Asia meet each other. Unique experience. Must visit destination for anyone who likes history, culture, geography or shopping. Highly recommended!

Very tourist friendly and a great feel for history, the Ottoman rule and modern Turkey. The city bustles with life, tradition, modernity, and business. While the Old City is dense and crowded, the outlying areas are bustling with development. Traffic is horrendous.

Istanbul, where East meets West, is perhaps the most intriguing city in the World. It's history and culture are fascinating with the Christian and Islamic influences at different times. It's wonderful to be able to walk these streets and get a sense of it today.
