An Airport transfer that can't be beaten. Alper's communication via whatsapp call and messages excellent from start to end. The price was very competitive and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Punctual pick up from SAW istanbul and return collection, the Mercedes mini vans are luxurious and so comfortable, I felt like a VIP being chauffeured. I arranged two transfers via Al's Taxi, Istanbul to Cesme and Cesme to Selimiye in September. Received a very professional, friendly and timely service from the booking stage to the last transfer. Comfortable, clean and suitably sized (for 4 adults and 3 kids) vehicles with excellent drivers were provided. Al’s taxi service is professional, competent and communicative. I could not be happier because getting this service right after a long flight and being to Turkey for the first time is important! Al and the driver communicated with me in advance on WhatsApp and had my flight schedule that they monitor so that they can adjust for any delays. They were waiting for the arrival and departure well on-time! The van is spotlessly clean and spacious with the driver providing a smooth ride and effortlessly navigating some of Istanbul’s narrow streets. Lastly, the price cannot be beat. After reading lots of reviews about taxi services in Istanbul and how they rip you off - I googled & found Al’s Taxi and I read there reviews before booking them I was amazed at their service I have to say it’s beyond five stars they collected us from the airport to the hotel and we return back after seven days so I rebook them because the service was so good. Our driver was called Yalcin he was amazing he helped us with our suitcases which were pretty heavy he was on time and got us to where we needed to be. The communication was excellent 24/7! They immediately reply -They provided us with a Mercedes-Benz which was very comfortable leather seats and the journey was made even more pleasant. I highly recommend Al’s taxis. You can’t go wrong with them as they are so punctual too. we like to thank Al’s Taxi, forgiving us a pleasant journey in Istanbul. We had 3 days in Istanbul and all these 3 days we were driven by minivan. Clean and comfortable car, wonderful and smiling driver. He always arrived on time. Everything was perfect, thank you for helping organize our holiday. If we come again we will contact you!

We asked Al’s two child seats for our twins. A Mercedes minivan with both child seats rear facing already installed was waiting for us. I recommend it to all families sensitive about it. This is the company to book for a family.

Big Al's transport was extremely professional and accommodating. We booked a transfer to and from Bursa and I had to change my schedule a bit and they wete extremely helpful!
