Opened in October 2014, this is one of Tashkent’s newest sights. Also known as the white mosque , this is a striking building made of white marble and has a huge capacity of 2400 people. A must visit

It is a nice place for tourist. Brand new mosque with the park around. You can go there and make photos and have fun with kids and with whole families.

This is a very beautiful mosque with nice tile work on the front. It is also nice inside but I was not permitted to go into the mosque to see the dome. Fortunately my husband was and he took some great photos.

This mosque was really beautiful and different from the other Mosques we’ve seen in Uzbekistan. Interior was really beautiful and the courtyard too. Must visit if you’re in Tashkent.

This Mosque is new, but architecture is old Persian. Around Mosque is a lot of flowers and grass. Very quiet place

A must see structure, though Uzbekistan is full of architectural old beauties, but this relatively new structure preserves the old charm

This mosque has a unique style and is a contrast (or complement) to the mosques and madrassas of Bukhara and Samarkand. Very peaceful atmosphere inside.
