A truly wonderful holiday experience. This was halped by our lovely tour manager, Davron, knowledgeable, always cheerful, kind and attentive, with excellent English; our driver, Orzu, always smiling, who navigated the roads with skill, and made us feel safe in his hands, and provided a clean bus for us every morning; and the enthusiastic guide, Sherzad, who was always anxious to help. The office manager, Rano, made sure everything ran smoothly. We saw all the sights and had a packed itinerary, interspersed with free time to relax or explore the bazaars. Highly recommended.

A very reliable company that has an individual approach to each client, I use its services not for the first time and every time I am satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the services provided. The last time they helped organize a week-long event for more than 60 people in the city of Khiva, Uzbekistan, which included transportation of participants, their hotel accommodation, three meals a day, including two coffee breaks, equipping a conference room and so on. I would like to personally thank Mrs. Alexandra Tursunova and Mr. Farkhad Rustamov for their dedicated work.

We were very pleased with the work of the entire Dolores Travel team and Umida Ibaimova personally.
The route of our trip (8 days/7 nights) was developed clearly and thought out in all respects, built logically, hotels and transport support were at a decent level.
The work of the guide Sherzod is generally above all praise. Professional, erudite, tactful, friendly, responded correctly to customer requests and resolved them very quickly. It is well known that women have plenty of whims, and to be able to find the right solution in order not to go beyond the program and at the same time satisfy their requests, you need to show both ingenuity and wisdom. Sherzod did a great job with this.
We and all the tourists liked the lunches/dinners you organized. The quality and quantity of food is as it should be. You can recommend these eating places to other clients.
The wine tasting at the Khovrenko plant was organized simply excellent and very solidly.

On behalf of our entire group, we express our sincere gratitude personally to Umida Ibraimova for a perfectly organized tour.

We made the classic four-city CAM.
After a seven-hour night flight we started the tour of Taskent and until the evening we did not arrive at the hotel. We would have liked to go to the hotel and then start this visit. It was pretty exhausting.
Bus transfers from city to city are quite long, you could slow down using the high-speed train line (Talgo) between some of the cities on the route.
If you do not hire the optional tours there are problems to continue making the trip: you must stay on the bus while the rest of the group does them, in our case we negotiated with the Guide (Til, magnificent) and made alternative visits. Among these optional visits is the Citadel of Bukhara, a must-see.
Some of the restaurants are spacious and crowded and noisy "wedding halls" crowded with hungry tourists. In the market of Samarkanda the food served was very scarce.
The hotels on the route are decreasing in quality as the journey progresses: The Orient hotel in Bukhara is very messy and lacks lamps on the tables as well as the hotel in Khiva the rooms of this hotel had the windows broken, the bath water came out, we had a little cold, ...
The best was the Local Guide (Til) and within the crowded and busy program the organization.

Anna from Dolores travel was truly magnificent in arranging a wonderful 4 day itinerary for us. She accommodated all out requests and ensured that we had the perfect itinerary. The service was smooth and professional. Our tour guide Fakhruddin was the absolute best. Wonderful, genuine person who is extremely knowledgeable on the History of Uzbekistan. He made us feel comfortable and it was is if we were exploring Uzbekistan with an old friend. He moved at our pace and we were never rushed. I must add that he is a great photographer and took some wonderful pictures of us! I would recommend Dolores travel if you’re visiting Uzbekistan and make sure to ask for Fakhruddin as the guide!

Good afternoon.

I really want to share my impressions of a beautiful country that I visited with my colleagues. Trip to Uzbekistan 11/30-12/3. it was organized by our company, but I will write about my opinion on the trip.

From Moscow we flew to Uzbekistan - our friendly company. In Samarkand we were met by our guide around the country, Farhad Rustamov, who was able to organize and plan our time in such a way that I was delighted. Upon arrival, we were met at the airport and taken to the hotel. On the way, Farhad told us about traditions and all sorts of interesting facts. There were two cities on our route: Samarkand and Bukhara.

It all started from Samarkand. We were greeted at the hotel in a very unusual way; we were greeted to the sounds of a karnay (a musical wind instrument) + hospitable Uzbek girls with sweets. When I entered the room, I was amazed by the presentation of lagan (a large Uzbek-style plate) with dried fruits + spices for pilaf. It was very nice and nice.

Then it was even more interesting, a sightseeing tour of Samarkand! Samarkand is one of the oldest cities in the world; for more than two thousand years it was a key point on the Great Silk Road. My heart sank there from the beauty and grandeur of the ancient architecture. Registan, Bibi-Khanum Mosque was very soulful... And we also made wishes in this coolest place. The Shahi-Zinda mausoleum complex... We counted the steps... We listened to legends and interesting stories about these places. There were restaurants with national cuisine and a lot of interesting things. And I can say that these days would not have been like this if it were not for our Farhad, precisely ours.

Next we had Bukhara - it’s a wonderful city. Citadel Ark, Toki-Zargaron (outside on the top of the main dome of Toki-Zargaron we saw a sculpture in the form of two storks in a nest. They symbolize peace, prosperity and good neighborliness.) The Poi-Kalyan ensemble is the central architectural ensemble of Bukhara. Its main attraction is the Kalyan Minaret, the tallest tower in the city. Chor-Minor Madrasah is located one and a half kilometers from the Poi-Kalyan ensemble. The name of the madrasah translates as “four minarets” - these buildings symbolize the four cardinal directions.

Besides this, we simply ate ourselves on national food and it was a delight. I can write and talk a lot about the sights of this country, because I fell in love with it, with the people who were with us all the time and gave us a huge amount of time and attention. Usually such tours are not so emotional, but Farhad and his team (guides and driver) made our trip wonderful. And you know that they warmed up to us so much and I’m not afraid to say that they became friends, that on the day when our flight was delayed and it was a legal day off, Farhad spent time with us and took us around Bukhara and told us a lot of interesting things!

Therefore, be careful in choosing your organizers, because it is very important that a person loves his country, people and his work so much, as he gives 1000%! I have never had such warm and soulful trips!

In October 2003, my family went to Uzbekistan along the Silk Road route: Khiva-Bukhara-Samarkand-Tashkent. It was great. Antiquities, museums, magnificent nature, picturesque deserts, local crafts, oriental bazaars, wonderful hotels, friendly people, low prices. Excursions, stories about life in Uzbekistan, ancient and modern, local cuisine. The two of us were allocated a personal car, personal guides, all issues were resolved instantly. In general, feel like a Shah! 😀 Returning with a lot of impressions and a bag of souvenirs, we caught ourselves thinking: I wish I could live here! And who arranged such a wonderful holiday for us, who showed us such Uzbekistan? Dolores Travel team, guides Anvar (Bukhara), Bahadir and Umit (Samarkand), Margarita (Tashkent) (forgot the name of the female guide in Khiva: too many impressions), as well as drivers Khurmat (Khiva), Nizam (Bukhara, Samarkand), Rafael (Tashkent), managers Madamin (Khiva), Dilya (Bukhara), Denis (Samarkand). Thank you all so much! We'll be back!
