My name is Laleendra (Lala) and I am 32 years old. My home town is close to the Sinharaja Rain Forest (part of Sri Lanka's World Heritage). I have been running personalized tours throughout Sri Lanka since 2011. Whether a half day city visits for just one person or a tour of one or more weeks for a larger group of people, I can arrange everything for you. My services include planning of the tour, hotel reservations, entrance fees and of course vehicle plus chauffeur (myself or one of my experienced colleagues) plus fuel, all at a reasonable price that will fit your pocket. If you prefer, I can just arrange your transportation only too.
My priority is to make you happy by helping you realize your dream tour in beautiful Sri Lanka, using my expertise in the tourism field.

Myself and my husband travelled with Lala at the beginning of this year. I have to say this was one of the most enriching and beautiful trips of my life.
I am someone who is well travelled and usually go for the DIY option but for this holiday we wanted to travel in comfort, with ease and security- which Lala delivered 100%.
Lala helped us plan a route which consisted of some usual SL highlights (including Sigiriya / Ella) but then also experiences off the beaten track (white water rafting and jungle treks).
Our route was - Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, (train) Ella, Yala, Udawalawe, Hiriketiya, Weligama, Galle and Colombo. All beautiful places steeped in history with the most amazing scenery.
Lala was incredibly knowledgeable about all elements of Sri lanka - from wildlife, to the ancient kingdoms, to the highest peaks, to buddhism - I felt I learned so much about this beautiful country and its people in a way that felt very enriching and rewarding.
I think it is important to note that when you book a driver or tour guide, you need someone who understands the importance of being available for customers without being overbearing and Lala managed this perfectly - so myself and my husband still had time just the 2 of us with all the comfort of knowing he was around if we ever needed.
Travelling with Lala was a wonderful experience and I feel lucky he was part of our trip. He is a very trustworthy, knowledgeable and a genuinely lovely person - I can not recommend him highly enough!

I must admit we did not actually do this particular trip, but we organized our own itinerary with help of Lala, the owner of the Dream Tour operator. We were 8, 4 adults and 4 children age from 10 to 13 and we had the most wonderful time ever. Sri Lanka is definitely one of the most beautiful countries that we visited, full of great nature, history, friendly people and awesome food. We only had one week, but Lala was with us the whole time and he was the most helpful and kind guide we could have wished for. Thank to him and his hospitality and service we visited many wonderful places (Dumbala, Kandy, Ella, Nuwara Elija, Udawalawe national park, Mirrisa) we saw beautiful animals including wild elephants and blue whales, and overall we had one of the most wonderful family and friends holiday ever. Thank you dear Lala for all your help and we definitely will return...not only one time :). Jan and Veronika.

I can not recommend Sri Lanka enough and Lala made the trip amazing. He planned the trip for us with great accommodation and showing us where to eat for the most amazing food we had in Sri Lanka. The places we visited took my breath away and Lala’s knowledge of his country is unlimited. Thank you Lala ❤️

We cannot express how fantastic our experience was with Lala. His incredible knowledge of the country matched with his genuine humanity and compassion made us experience such a wonderful trip. Having a guide made our holiday so seemless, from travelling in between different destinations to booking our experiences, having Lala with us provided a piece of mind that there would be no difficulties in the trip. Sri Lanka is a wonderful place and and the people are so hospitable. The scenery, culture, wildlife and cuisine is truly remarkable, the deep rooted history and culture is facinating to learn about. Lala was not only our guide, but in fact became a very good friend. We are already excited for our next trip to incredible Sri Lanka

Through 12 Day Dream Tour with guide and driver Mr Laleendra, Sri Lanka holds such a warm place in my heart! If this is your first time to this beautiful island, get ready to be amazed by nature, culture, dance, fire walking, wildlife, sun, beaches, tea, food and people!
Mr Laleendra offers an exquisite itinerary that takes in all of Sri Lanka’s gems and treasures. Like yourself, I found this wonderful gentleman on Tripadvisor and you won’t find a happier person, so positive and respectful! Things have been so hard for everyone in Sri Lanka, for too many reasons, but he has persevered and is now finally touring again to show off his beautiful country. Lala, you are a ray of sunshine!
I travelled in a party of two and I’m confident anyone travelling by themself or as a family will be totally delighted with Mr Laleendra’s services. I pre booked all accommodations organised by 12 Day Dream Tour beforehand and all of them met all of my expectations, clean, great food, fantastic views, wonderful hosts across the country. The food was so delicious everywhere we went and fresh Sri Lankan tea is divine! Everything is taken care of!

It’s such a pleasure to write a review for Mr Laleendra from Romantic Dream Tour.
Look no further if you are planning a trip to the stunning island of Sri Lanka and you need a driver and guide who knows his home country inside and out. I travelled with another woman, but would have happily been by myself in Mr Laleendra’s company. I found Sri Lanka a great destination for solo travel or female only travel. And communication with him is a breeze. I’m British with Dutch heritage.
Sri Lanka is an all year round destination and Mr Laleendra knows exactly where to find the best weather for your chosen season, it’s why I would really recommend two visits, one during the South-West and during the North-East season. You can’t go wrong.
What I love most about his tours is that they can totally be personalised to your own tastes and likes, whether it’s one of the stunning national parks, loads of culture or finding the best beaches or eateries. For us, he organised tea plantation tours by Tuk Tuk, wonderful overnight stays in stunning accommodations with views of the highlands and the highlight the full moon ceremony at The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. It made me so happy to experience walking along the local and international worshippers. With Mr Laleendra, we felt in safe hands!
I can’t wait to come back and visit in a different season to experience the best Sri Lanka has to offer, with the services of 12 Days romantic dream tour.

Our recent 16 nights trip to Sri Lanka was amazing! The country, landscape, people, food and history were undeniably breath-taking. What made the experience even more enjoyable was our excellent tour guide/driver Lala. In fact, I would go as far to say that without Lala the whole Sri Lanka experience would have been lacking. I feel he totally made our trip and gave us some excellent advice/insights on things to do and see.
We initially found Lala on Trip Adviser (as you are too) and after reading his positive review comments we added him to our short-list. We contacted him (and a few others) to plan an itinerary for us. What really stood out for us at this stage was how Lala replied to us, his enthusiasm and positivity. We were immediately ‘sold’ on the idea that our tour would be with him.
Lala worked with us, and suggested places to visit and hotels/accommodation to use. We were then able to make any alterations to the plan/accommodation as we saw fit. Lala was always happy to answer any questions/help. We settled on a plan, and we were provided our itinerary.
The first thing I noticed about Lala was his smart clothes, closely followed by his big smile. He is presentable, reliable, friendly, funny, smart, easy-going, relaxed, amenable and pragmatic. His knowledge of the sites that we went to, the history of the country, key dates and events in time was astonishing. I genuinely believe that we got the most out of Sri Lanka by using Lala.
Sri Lanka is going through an ‘unusual’ time right now. Before we left the UK, we had read reports of food and fuel shortages. We’d both been travelling before, but never with a child (8 years old) and so we were a little anxious about the prospect. What we experienced as tourists was the occasional minor inconvenience of the power going out. Most hotels have generators and so the power was usually back on in a few minutes. There were very long queues at petrol stations, however the government have mandated that tourists go to the front of the queues and so this was never an issue for us (albeit just slightly embarrassing). Food was never a problem. We never once felt threatened or in danger, quite the opposite to be honest. The people were lovely and kind, and always smiled with real genuine smiles.
Not that we ever needed it, but I know that if we did, Lala would have been reliable in any situation. He wasn’t just the tour guide/driver, he was part of the experience.
Would we do it all again? We’d go back tomorrow if we could, and we would definitely be booking Lala to take us to see more wonderful things that Sri Lanka has to offer.

Choosing Dream Day Tours and taking a trip with our the only owner & tour guide in one - amazing Lala - was the best decision we could have taken! Lala was recommended to us by another tourists and we soon understood why. Lala is a great guide, very polite and educated gentleman who really knows every single piece of Sri Lanka and shows you places you could only dream of! He takes you to places where you want to go and he even takes you to places you definitely would want to go if you known about them before - secret, hidden gems of Sri Lanka. With him you will get to know not only the "must see places of Sri Lanka", but you will also get to know much more about this pearl in Indian ocean naturally - while talking to Lala about many aspects if it is politics, nature, education system and much much more. He is very empathic, connects with people easily and therefore he soon understands what do you want and what is the best for you, therefore he tailors a bespoke experience to every single traveller according to his needs. My wife and I travelled from UK and from the moment Lala picked us up at Colombo airport through the tour and back to Colombo airport to start our journey back, Lala was and is an exceptional tour organiser and guide. He has a very good command of the English language so communication was a peach. He also helped us learn popular and basic Sinhalese phrases to converse with the locals.
Our tour took us from Colombo - Negombo - Wadduwa - Kandy - Nuwara Eliya - Ella - Galle (including Mirissa Beach) and through out the tour Lala was with us to show us the popular sights and described historical significance.
Lala's tourism experience makes him an ideal tour organiser and guide and I would highly recommend his tour company to build and deliver your Sri Lanka holiday.
He is professional and knowledgeable who will ensure you get the best out of this beautiful country, Sri Lanka. Oh and he is an avid cricket fan 🏏

Hi, I'm travelling to Sri Lanka next year with three of my friends. We arrive in Colombo on 17 May 2020 and leave from there on 24 May. We'd like to do the cultural triangle, stay in nice hotels or resorts with breakfast and some dinners included if possible. What could you recommend for us?

We are planning a trip with my boyfriend in January for 7-10 days to Sri Lanka. We are interested in the option of renting a car with a driver.
We would like it to appear already at the airport.
We have one day in plans for Colombo. Travel by train on the Kandy - Ella route.
