I had a relaxing foot, shoulders, neck and scalp massage and it was fantastic. I opted for a local therapist (Male was reddly available female 5 hs wait) and he was knowledgeable and professional. I have massages often and I this was a good one. The prices were very reasonable compared to the hotel spa and the products I purchased... More

Avoid the Galle Road spa. No private room, treatments are in a dark waiting room with other guests. Massagist did the wrong treatment. Receptionist was particularly rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing to say the least.

Wow!! Pampering beyond measure. We got side by side "ultimate foot massage" not expecting that it also includes head, neck, arms and shoulders. The service lasted just under 90mins. Incredibly relaxing. We were served herbal tea and fresh fruits and invited to relax until we were ready to get up from our chair. The atmosphere is inviting, and ultra relaxing.... More

We were 2 men, one with a male masseur, and me with a foreign female masseuse. I thought had the chance to have the foreign female masseuse (wich cost more than the male sri lankan masseur) (where does she come, and why is she more expensive ? : because they apparently have to pay taxes on her salary)... Horrible experience,... More

We have been to the Dutch Hospital branch of Spa Ceylon a few times and the massages are sometimes really good and other times mediocre. This time we were not so pleased. Also, the guy at the reception was really offhand and unhelpful. But, having said that, unless we discover a better place to go, we would go back (even... More

This was a real delight. Highly recommended experience. A good escape from the hustle and bustle of Colombo in the lovely Dutch Hospital area.

Although the massage is a bit pricey, the treatment is worthy every penny! They use all their products, even for the shower after the massage, with aloe Vera shower gel, aloe Vera shampoo and conditioner. It was the best massage I have ever had! And I have already tried Indonesian, Balinese, Thai, Malay, Chinese, Japanese massage, and even Kerala and... More

This spa is a joke! They called themselves luxury spa I failed to see how!! Spa rooms very dark & dirty. I can see why they've painted the treatment rooms black so that customers can't see all the flaws! All I could hear during my 90 min treatment was loud traffic, building construction & banging music from the streets. Couldn't... More

This is the second time I had a foot massage in combination with head and shoulder massage, a signature Spa Ceylon ritual and it was perfect. It is not cheap by local standards, but still excellent at less than 25 dollars for a more than hour long treatment. I cannot wait to be back in Colombo for another one of... More

Spa Ceylons products are meanwhile extremely high prices with average quality. The massages are as well much too expensive with mostly questionable quality. Some massagists even hurt you so you might be injured. Prices of the massage is higher than US or Europe. Not worth the money, better avoid products and massages and go somewhere else.
