Holiday company stated park closed Sept however it turned out section 1 which is known for high sightings of leopards would not re open until 1st November.Instead we visited section 5. We still got to see elephants and water buffallo plus lots of birds.

about US$50 per day from memory...contact Mahen from La Safari in Tissa (pls google for contact number) as their park fees are very reasonable n the driver they used was very good n knowledgable n you will have a gr8 time.

Raine season is good time. To see leopard and bear is gambling. Birds, wild pigs, dear, elephants you can see everytime say our guide.
