For those living in Rawalpindi and Islamabad Pir Sohawa may not have much to offer but if you are visiting twin cities and want to go around a simple track that leads to a lush green point with a view to the city below for an evening tea, smokes or just for the heck of it. This is your place.

a trip to Islamabad capital of Islamabad is not complete without Pir Sohawa visit overseeing the Capital city form Margalla hills is an amazing experience i recommend to visit on weekdays to avoid rush

A great place to visit with family in night, Serene drive, birds eye view of Islamabad city, and great food and classy service at Monal Restaurant. Two thumbs up

A must visit for all tourists visiting Islamabad, Pakistan. Live local music. You will get great local flavor of food. And amazing view of the whole city.

If you visit rawalpindi /islamabad, must visit this area, it is a lush green area,roads are little narrow, u need to be skilled driver to drive on sharp elevated turn,plus car must be maintained well to take on pir suhawa. You can have very nice view of islamabad, try to visit this area in early evening or in early winter,as... More

It's a beautiful hill station nearly Islamabad and good to journey specially in the night time when Islamabad looks like a heaven and you can feel yourself on the top of the heaven

I was visiting my homeland after 20 years :) Yes, time passes by fast. I was adviced not to drive on my own as road to Pir Sohawa is treacherous for a person visiting from States. I did not find any challenge driving around in this area. The turns are sharp, steep and narrow but roads are well maintained. Obviously,... More

beautiful relaxing location overlooking the city of Islamabad. the drive is a bit steep. so make sure you have a good car and a experienced driver
