I would like to warmly recommend Camel Track, and especially its travel agent, Altanzaya, its guide Nyamka, and its driver Uugii.
Altanzaya - When organizing our trip, she was very responsive and was able to offer us with solutions to optimize our trip, that other travel agents didn't propose. She also suggested some very nice places that we didn't have in mind, and that we were enchanted to discover. Altanzaya is an experienced travel agent and we could feel it. She was very flexible and was able to accomodate all our needs (we started the trip with 2 people, and then 3 others joined us halfway and than 1 more at the very end). Moreover, her prices are very competitive, sometimes twice less expensive than other travel agencies.
Nyamka - Nyamka was the dream guide. She spoke perfect english, cooked very well (we got a lot of veggies and korean food, which is a bless in Mongolia), knows a lot about her own country and was eager to share with us, was super smiley. We really spent the most relaxing holidays, knowing everything was under control, and we learned a lot about Mongolia thanks to her.
Uugii - Very good driver, very experienced, and very nice. He takes great care of his car. Even in the most difficult roads, we always felt safe with Uugii. The van is actually quite confortable and VERY cool!
Overall, an unforgettable trip thanks to these three beautiful people!!
FYI, here is the trip we did in 9 days: UB -> Semi Gobi & camel -> Orkhon Valley & Orkhon Waterfall -> 2 days horse riding to go to 8 Lakes -> Hot spring in Tsenger -> Naadam in Tstertserleg -> Tenkher White Lake -> Karakorum -> Khustain National Park -> UB

The most beautiful mongolian trip and the best crew! I can definitely recommend Camel Track, where two friends and I went on a 17 day trip. The initial planning went smoothly with lovely Zaya that completely understood what we wanted from the trip and combined horse riding in beautiful valleys and an exiting adventure in the midst of the Gobi dessert. Our driver and guide was both knowledgable and very good company - we felt in good hands and very safe the entire trip.
I would love to come back!

Me and my group went on a 35 days journey in a van with a guide and a driver Camel Track arranged for us. The trip has taken us to a countless number of beautiful places, historical sites, challenging activities and hikes, all thanks to the well-organized trip planned by Camel Track. Our guide (Bayaasa) was truely wonderful, and we became true friends. We always had food and accommodation waiting and available for us. In general, I warmly recommend Camel Track as an agency for wilderness and countryside trips in Mongolia.

We had an amazing tour from Ulaan Bataar all the way through Gobi to Khermen Tsaw, did a 3-day horseback ride at the eight lakes, and ended up in Hustai National park - all of it can really be recommended. The trip was planned with a great help from Zaya. Our guide, Buyan, and driver Uugii, were great at making the whole trip comfortable and safe. Thank you so much for this! I can really recommend Camel Track!

If you find trip agency in Mongolia, I highly recommend 'Camel Track'.
(visited with friend) it was a perfect choice. For 21 days, we finish our trip in Safe and happy. I appreciate so much to ,our guide and driver. they care our group so kindly and professionally. If you are looking for a travel agency in Mongolia, Camel Track is an best choice. if i can travel Mongolia again, I'm pretty sure with Camel Track.

I absolutely loved this tour! I took a solo tour with Camel Track to Northern and Central Mongolia, visiting the nomadic Tsaatan Reindeer Herders. Could not have been more perfect.
My guide and driver were a great team. They were respectful, fun, kind and keen to show me Mongolia and teach me about the culture. I learnt lots, including some of the language, and they were always happy to answer my many questions.
Zaya, the manager, is lovely and very helpful. She really worked hard to make my tour as wonderful as it was.
My highlight of the tour was definitely visiting the Tsaatan in the far north of Mongolia. The countryside was beautiful and to reach the Tsaatan we had a 4 hour horse trek.
You won't regret booking with Camel Track and exploring Mongolia with them.

Visiting Mongolia with Camel Track was an awesome and safe experience. We planned 3 weeks there, and the staff helped us to build our route. Buyan, our guide, and Uugie our driver were competent and friendly. Best conditions to enjoy this beautiful country !

We spent 17 days around Mongolia with Camel track van (old Russian jeep). Zaya speaks very good English, is a wonderful person with a lot of experiences in organizing the tours. She helped us making a good plan and Ogi (our driver) was very helpful and nice. He is an excellent diver and he tried to make everything he could to make our journey unforgettable. We enjoy the trip and if we came back we certainly wish to travel again with Camel track and Ogi:)

We stayed for one night at Camel Track Guesthouse and went on an awesome one-day customised tour with them.
Zaya (our guide) and her family add a personal touch and go out of their way to make sure everything was excellent. We wanted halal food for lunch and she arranged for us to visit a Muslim Kazak Gert where we ate the yummiest lamb, Kazak style! Zaya spoke great English and was actually a tour guide with a big company before starting out on her own with her husband (who is the driver) - really cute story!
All in all a lovely, professional yet personal experience and one of the best on our travels so far.
The guest house itself is quite homely, and the shower and bathroom facilities were good. The room was standard but you are barely in the room so not an issue.

I cannot recommend Camel Track highly enough. We went on a 20 day tour of Mongolia in November 2015 and Zaya (the owner) helped plan every detail to make sure we had a fantastic trip. They also managed to turn things around very quickly, we agreed our itinerary over a cup of tea at 7pm and were heading off the next morning.
They're a new, independent family run business, with a lot of experience. Zaya has a decade of tour guide experience and perfect English, while Ogi has 10 years driving experience which believe me, is essential - he is also a bit of a card shark and a decent wrestler!
They were incredibly flexible and patient with us, drawing up a unique itinerary to suit our needs, which we wouldn't have got anywhere else.
The tour itself was superb, the van very clean, spacious and comfortable for 5 of us. Ogi is a great driver and we felt safe throughout.
Undraa was our lovely guide, who quickly became our friend. Spoke great English, was enthusiastic, funny and positive throughout, despite working incredibly hard! She talked us through local customs, Mongolian history, wildlife and any other questions we had. She was also a fantastic cook and worked wonders with the resources available. We had freshly cooked, hot meals for lunch and dinner every day apart from the day we had sushi at sand dunes. From Mongolian specialities to Korean food, Undra listened to what we liked and accommodated to our tastes as much as possible. Our final meal together was particularly special (but I don't want to give too much away!).
Camel Track are only in their first year but I have no doubt they'll grow quickly, with the quality of their service.
We did a lot of research before booking, going to Sunpath, Golden Gobi etc and can confidently say the quality and value for money at Camel Track is far superior.
Look forward to seeing more of Mongolia with Zaya and her team
