Our visit here was amazing, there was so much to see and such a lovely atmosphere too. The entire place is utterly beautiful and we spent, what felt like, an eternity just marvelling at all the place had to offer. Not a lot of 'doing'...More

It might be easy for you to recognize That Luang in Laos. It appears in school name boards, in stores... symbol of Laotians. The temple is a nice place to go to, locate at the end of Lane Xang avenue in Vientiane, you should ride...More

After reading reviews we decided to see this temple and were disappointed by the fact that we could not enter the temple or any of the surrounding buildings. We paid the 5000 kip entrance fee (which is an extremely low price) to walk around the...More

Unlike Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon and Wat Arun in Bangkok, this stupa was surprisingly calm and quiet. There weren't many tourists during my visit. The surrounding of the stupa was lovely too, with a few temples and palaces. Definitely worth a visit for avid photographers.

The place looks impressive on the photos, but really there's only a golden stupa to see, and a rather empty gallery on the sides. It's not possible to go up the stupa, so had it not been for a shooting of Miss Laos 2016 taking...More

There is not a lot to see or do in Vientiane, Laos, so this is one of the sites to visit. I have visited almost every country in Asia, so for me there was no WOW ! But if this is your first time to...More
