I have been going here literally since they opened around 2004. In July this year my friend and I had 7 massages each and for me 6 of those were incredible. The Lao traditional and hot herbs massage made us so relaxed. The therapist Mena was very nice and very well trained. It's my spa of choice when in Vientiane.

When we visited in July it was a pleasant surprise to see Adana spa directly opposite! How convenient, I quickly went in and arranged an appointment. I had two massages during our stay one before going to vangvian and one upon return. Both were good and professional. They may not be as nice as some of the Bangkok spas but I think that comparison is unfair to make. This is probably the best spa in Vientiane.

Based on reviews here, I decided to check out this place as I never got a good massage in Laos. The place looks professional, but reaching my room, the sheets were dirty and got a therapist with a horrible attitude. I have had some very professional Thai massages in Thailand and the massage I got was about 50% of the quality of a real place in Thailand. The rude therapist really ruined the experience, and I left really unhappy. Probably the worst experience I ever had at a SPA. The comments on this website is completely overrated.

Having tried out a number of the spas and massage places in Vientiane, Adina is my favourite. It's a lot more expensive than the 'off the road' places, but if you're looking for a pampering experience rather than a quick massage, Adina is worth the price. The therapists are well trained and clearly experienced although the lack of English is a disadvantage. They serve you with a cool towel and icy orange drink upon arrival and finish off with a delicious coconut milk jelly dessert and herbal tea.

I heard Adina Spa is the most famous spa in Laos so i decided to check it out and it is indeed, the best. The place is lavishly decorated in Indochina style. Their staffs were polite to me and their therapists were well trained. At the end of the massage, i was served with a dessert, which made the experience a more enjoyable one cos i love desserts hehe:)

Adina Spa offers a fantastic experience for a spa from beginning to finish. The waiting room is friendly and you are immediately pampered. The service is friendly. You get your own room and personal massage (they offer for groups as well). A bit off the beaten path but worth it- just get the hotel or a translator to help you with the address and give it to a taxi driver. Not a sex tourism place for those in doubt!
