It’s my first trip to Kyrgyzstan! My wife and I are independent travelers and prefer the solitude of traveling without guide or porters. I found Aibek Nomad Travel online as we were on a short 5 day trip, 3 or which were full day hikes so transport to and from the exact start and end points were essential. I have to say he arranged it exceptionally l, and from the airport we managed to get our trip off to a flying start!
He made sure we got picked up, dropped off, safe throughout the trip with messages (when we had signal) to ensure we were on track. He also helped us out with the language barrier and recommended a few places for extra supplies!
A big shout to the driver who was a legend..all above and beyond! Thanks allot Aibek, you made it easy and we are in love with Kyrgyzstan!

Nomadsland organized a 5 day 4 night winter tour from Bishkek to Issyk Kol lake via Chom Keming (horse riding), Jyrgalan (snow shoeing), Karakol (museums) and Bokanbaevo (fairy canyon, 7 bulls, eagle hunting), then back to Bishkek. Nikita, our guide, picked us up from the airport and drove us round the snowy roads in his excellent v8 4wd. He translated menus, gave us lots of information, introduced us to ALL the local foods (we have all gained weight), kept us company in the evenings and safely shepherded us back to the airport in time for our onward flight. We sometimes take mini tours as part of a larger, independently organised travelling holiday. This mini tour worked out very well, and we couldn't have done this route by ourselves in the same time or style. Thank you Nikita and Nomadsland. I recommend you! Nick

Thanks to our super organized, friendly and responsive tour guide Nikita, our well-prepared and safety-conscious ski tour guide Mohammed and our confident, always friendly and relaxed driver Shakir, we were able to experience an unforgettable 15-day ski tour trip through northern Kyrgyzstan. We stayed in several places, in different guesthouses and yurts, so that we were able to have a perfect mix of pure natural life, secluded from civilization, a hot shower or a sauna in the snow, sleeping in a triple room and super delicious food.
On the different-looking mountains, it was always an unforgettable feeling of happiness to leave the only traces in the snow and glide through the powdery white.
Thank you very much for everything…
I can 100% recommend Nomand’s Land.

The organization of this fabulous trip was made very easily thanks to Fabien from Nomad's Land who does a very good job. Traveling alone, he set up a group with 3 other skiers with whom we agreed on the program of this unforgettable trip. Fabien welcomed us when we arrived in Bishkek and was a good adviser to visit the capital.
Our trips were carried out in a good and comfortable van driven by an irreproachable driver. And the tour was especially marked by the professionalism of our guide Lidia who spoke very good English. Lidia is a very friendly local guide and she has a very good knowledge of the mountains but also about the country. She is a good ambassador for her country.
This trip is a success, thank you!

Last march we had an unforgatable ski tour in Son Kul and Jergalan. Our kirgiz adventures lead us up to the amazing frozen lake of Son Kul at 3000 meters altitude. There we spend a night under the yurta where our guest Ruslan sang us nomads song. This place is out of this world.
Then we had great ski touring in Jergalan. Thank you so much Samuel from Nomad's Land for letting us have such great times.

Excellent agency based in Bishkek. Quick follow-up of preparations, very attentive, flexible and above all professional. Our itinerary, their possible adaptations. The trip went as planned (13 nights) with bonus. ;-)
Our driver guide (quadrilingual!) was a real gem (available, attentive, polite, serious). We learned a lot of things in his company and were able to ask him our thousand and one questions (the answers to which cannot be found in the guides).
Perfect weather (only a few hours of rain with an incredible rainbow). Good food (to our surprise). Pleasant accommodation (yurts, homestays or guesthouses).
100% successful trip thanks to the excellent collaboration with Nomad's Land
Only one desire, to go back ;-)

Our 8 days ski tour has been a blast. Nomad's Land even took the time for visiting with us Bishkek and Karakol which super interesting. The team of Nomad's Land has a mind-blowing knowledge about the culture & local people which has been very much appreciated. Food has been every day different and super tasty. Last thing but not least, Nomad's Land cares about local activity with local guides and local guesthouse which gives you a true experience and makes a good help for people form Kyrgyztan. I would definitely recommend this agency.

I could not rate Nomad's Land highly enough. I have been planning this trip for over 2 years (pre-pandemic) and finally made it in July 2022. Myself (a photographer) and my friend (a filmmaker) wanted to shoot a self-funded documentary project on Kyrgyzstan, the nomadic communities that live there and their lifestyles and traditions. As such we had a very specific list of requests that we wanted to acheive.
Our trip planner, Nikita, was amazing and was able to organise everything that we wanted and more. He was very patient and communication was very pleasant and reliable (I had a lot of questions).
He built us an incredible, bespoke, 2-week itinerary that took us all around the country, visiting most of the popular destinations, but also allowing us a good amount of time to stay with nomadic families and immerse ourself in the culture in an authentic way. We did everything from hiking, to horse-riding, to watching an intimate Eagle Hunting demonstration, to swimming in glacial lakes and even watching a traditional game of Kok Boru on the shore of Song Kul lake.
We had our own driver (with a necessary 4x4) for the duration as well as a guide, Mirbek, who was astonishing. He was very friendly and great company for the two weeks. He was a fountain of knowledge about the country's history (both ancient and modern) and proved invaluable as a translator when staying with the nomads, especially as we were conducting interviews and had lots of questions! But more importantly, he made it very easy to spend time with everyone we met, and the atmosphere was always super relaxed and friendly.
We had an unforgettable two weeks in Kyrgyzstan and can't wait to visit again in the future. Thanks so much to Nikita, Mirbek and Alex. I couldn't recommend them highly enough :)

After researching several tour companies we decided to book with Nomad’s Land and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Bakyt’s diligent communication and skill in putting together the perfect tour really showed through as it incorporated a bit of everything we were hoping to experience—adventure, trekking, and cultural immersion. It was clear that he and Nomad’s Land are well known and highly respected based on the generosity of our hosts everywhere we went. Our guide, Makpalbek, went above and beyond to ensure that every minute of our trip was exceptional and that we were able to have the fullest experience possible. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and very nice and the food was delicious—the warm welcome we received in this beautiful country went well beyond our highest expectations. We loved every minute and highly recommend Nomad’s Land-they take special care to ensure that your tour is beyond spectacular. Huge thank you to Bakyt and Makpalbek!!
