If you like just to chill out and set outdoor then this is the right place to be in Bishkek. Other than that there’s nothing special about it. There’s is the main statue at the middle and two other smaller once on the sides.

It's a large square with some sculptures depicting the spirit of Kyrgyzstan. If you are lucky, you may run into wedding couples. Nice to go there and take some pictures.
