Went here with my partner. Beautiful place. She has been to Kazakhstan before but I never have. There was a Kazakh woman who gave us a tour. She spoke perfect English. The Palace is beautiful. Glad I went.

I checked online whether the building is open before taking a taxi there, it said its open, but when I arrived there I got a surprise: closed due to renovation. They could not tell me when it will open.
