As advertised on their website, confirmation email was received within minutes. When I reached Bangkok I realized I'd sent the taxi service the wrong arrival time so emailed them and within 30 seconds received a confirmation of the new time and also a note not to worry as they track arrival times of all flights to ensure the passenger is picked up.
My bags took ages to arrive but as I reached the arrival hall my driver Lay was waiting there. He spoke excellent English, and was almost like a tour guide.
I would highly recommend this service for sheer convenience.

Communication was good and quite quick. Driver was there waiting for us at the pier when our boat arrived.
Always considered stops for water and comfort breaks even though his english was limited
Hope his sinuses improve had an issue with them but also the fact of the driver conversing on one phone while texting on another while driving was a little worrying.

Khimsan from Phnom Penh Taxi service is very good to deal with. The taxi service is efficient and the drivers are safe and friendly. I have used them a number of times to travel to Kratie, Kampot, Takeo and the airport.

When exiting the arrival hall you find taxis and tuk-tuk stand. You can choose in between, taxi is comfortable and with aircon. Tuk-tuk is less comfortable and can be hot in daytime but cheaper.
If you have no big luggage tuk tuk cost only $7 to the city center. We're three of us and each has a luggage, taxi is our best option $12
No meter taxi at the airport, taxi and tuk tuk is fixed price. If you have a hotel reservation in Phnom Penh show the address to the driver. Taxi driver doesn't speak English maybe a very little. So is handy to print out the hotel reservation in Khmer
Arrived late in the afternoon was traffic (rush hour), it took more than an hour to reach the city center of Phnom Penh, our hotel is near Royal Palace. The expressway from the airport is one of the busiest road to the center. If there is no traffic the actual time between airport and Phnom Penh center can make to 30 min only

This night market offers variety of local foods and there is no table or chair sitting. Patron seats on floor mat to eat their foods.

Can down stairs early to check out and be ready and our driver was already waiting! No rush, no dramas, just efficient! Get on it for airport transfers, you won’t be dissatisfied

Very professional service. Car was always prepared before time and drivers were excellent. Used their services 3 times in our trip and the prices are also very fair. Will use and recommend this service everytime.

I have now used this company twice, and I am incredibly impressed by them! We had booked to travel from Sihanoukville to Kampong Cham in the morning, as we were getting a boat from Koh Rong Sanloem just before, but unfortunately due to bad weather all the boats were cancelled that morning. I kept in touch with the taxi company and our driver was incredibly flexible and waited for us for nearly 6 hours until we could get a boat back to Sihanoukville.
Even though the driver had waited for us for so long he still met us with a beaming smile! Our journey was through the evening and over 6 hours long, but the driver made sure we were comfortable all the way, stopping when we needed the toilet and even took us to a restaurant to get dinner. He was very sweet and even reclined our seats and gave us pillows so we could sleep some of the way too! To top it off when we reach Kampong Cham as it was so late at night, he made sure we safely in our guesthouse before leaving.
What a wonderful service this company offers, and I will definitely use them again!!

I could not fault this company. Waited for us for nearly 6hrs after all boats off the Island we were on were cancelled. Immediately found clean toilets when needed. Stopped for affordable food, gave us pillows and reclined out seats so we could sleep. Journey was much quick than expected and didn't feel a single pot hole we felt on the way down! 10/10
