Was a bit hesitant if I should shoot the RPG or not, as I'm traveling on a tight budget. Ended up doing it and I do not regret it for a second! Awesome experience, and you get the possibility to take some fun photos also. Highly recommended experience!

Best day in Cambodia!

We had the best day on our whole trip visiting the firing range! We shot with rpg, ak47s, m16 and pkm. You pay a lot of money but it is worth every penny!
Our guide Pho took very good care of us and provided us with cold beer through out the whole day.
If you visit Phnom Penh you have to go here!

Amazing once in a lifetime experience!!
I have wanted to shoot an RPG and throw grenades since I was a kid finally my dream came true. I actually missed my target with the RPG which made me angry for the rest of the weapons so I recommend to do it last. Looking back on it today though I’m so happy I had this whole experience. Pho is a really great guide and looks after you the whole way through he even arranges long distance taxis for a good price. As I didn’t blow up the petrol barrels he let me off some money which was really nice of him they are good people here. Throwing the grenade was amazing you have to dive to the floor after you throw it! Highly recommend this well worth the money spent after all where else could you ever do it?

Went with a group of 2+2. Forgot how many beers i drank. Shot the RPG, AK47, PKM and M16. Bring a $1000 dollars at least and dont look back. You wont regret it.

Guns, Guns, Guns n Beer...pretty much sums it up.

The place is off the Sihanoukville- Phnom Penh highway and it was really helpful coordinating with Pho, the instructor, over WhatsApp. If you are driving from Sihanoukville, you could meet the team mid way.
As for the experience, we shot the RPG, AK-47 and M16 which was awesome and I'm happy we went for it. Felt slightly expensive but 15% discount helped.

pho is quite friendly and fluent in English. While, driving to the place, it might cross your mind about the safety being driven onto a hill, it's absolutely safe. Be rest assured!

Absolutely one of the best things I have ever done while travelling . Organised everything via whatsapp with pho . He had beers and wifi ready for me in the car and is an absolutely great bloke . The guys at the range are great also.. pho filmed the day on his drone as well as go pro 5, I pads and was able to use my drone also no problem ... had lunch after where we looks at the videos and he game me a hard copy of all the videos aswell as a edited video onto YouTube ..it's a must do in Phnom Penh and the only range to goto .. save your penny's and go wild ..thanks pho !!! Best experience in Cambodia!!

I heard about shooting RPGs from a friend while I was in Cambodia and had to do it. I've shot many types of guns but saw this as an opportunity of a lifetime. I can't think of any other time I would have had the chance to shoot an RPG. I originally went telling myself only one one, nothing else, only one RPG. Well I wound up shooting 2 RPGs and a grenade launcher too. That day was by far my best in Cambodia. Not only was I able to engage in this once in a life time opportunity, this company used 2 GoPros a DSLR camera and a drone to capture all the footage for life time memories. The footage was edited and posted within 2 days after hitting the range. I highly recommend this experience for any gun lover visiting Cambodia. You don't even need to be a gun lover, you just need to want to try something the majority of the world has never done and will never do. When I return to Cambodia I will 100% partake in this activity again!!!

The Highlight of our Trip

We really wanted to shoot fullauto asault rifles and mashineguns. This is possible in some parts in the world, but here you have the unique chance to choose propane tanks as targets. The experience was incredible. You can even blow up a hut with a RPG!

The staff is really comforting. The pickup was on time and free as well as the cold beer (yes you can drink while shooting). There was no hidden surcharge or renegotiation. In addition to that, the photos and videos were made with professional equipment and come for free as well. They ate available as a download to you a few days later.

I want to take the chance to thank Pho and his team for this outstanding experience.

Machine guns, assault rifles, rocket launchers... an unforgettable experience

This is definitely an unforgettable experience.

I chose the AK-47 (czechoslovak model), PKM (LMG), a heavy machine gun (I believe it's an NSV 12.7x108mm) and of course the RPG-2 rocket launcher. As targets, we bought a propane gas tank and coconuts on the way. I suggest buying more gas tanks and watermelons instead of coconuts because coconuts don't explode when fired upon.

The staff is friendly and professional, including the photographer and the organizer. They can speak English, which can't be taken for granted in Cambodia. We went to the range with our rental car, so we picked up the photographer in Phnom Penh and had a nice chat with him on the way.

The weapons are in good condition and only very few rounds in the MG magazine didn't fire. My rocket launcher fired on the first try, however another guys rocket didn't fire but the staff replaced the propellant without extra charge and the second one went off.

I hope they keep up the good service then I will come back in a few years and try some more weapons :)

Hello Mario, thanks for spending your valuable time to write down of your feedback of your gun shooting experience with us "the Cambodia Fire Range Phnom Penh or well known Cambodia Shooting range outdoor Phnom Penh" All the weapons are being well maintained its from the small riffle like Ak47 PKM machine guns till the biggest RPG (bazooka rocket launchers). A few rounds of MG is fixed/changed to new one the photographer met you he knows very well of how to set up cameras in right position and shooting the video or photos at a right angle We are promising to keep our service up to date from day to day All the best

What a day we just had out at the shooting range!

In the beginning I was in contact with Pho, who made it easy to book and get any information as well as offering any other services that they could such as airport transfers and city tours.

We Had a pick up and drop off service from hotel by our driver Alex who spoke great English and explained everything to us on the way there as well as picking up some targets.

All the guys working at the range were friendly and fantastic.
The range of firearms and targets you can try, (which in most other country’s you never could, especially in Australia) provided an unforgettable experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Cambodia, I shot the RPG rocket launcher, .50 cal, PKM machine gun, and threw a hand Grenade.
My dad and mum ended up having a go on the PKM machine gun after saying they weren’t going to shoot anything, and they were both so glad they did It.

Target wise you can just about try anything, we
Shot the LPG tanks which was awesome, and also got some watermelons to unload the rest of the machine gun rounds onto.

Thanks to all the guys from Cambodia shooting range for a great day.
I’ll definatly be recommending to anyone coming to Cambodia
