There was a morning or afternoon class. We did morning got picked up from our hotel brought to a cafe given a drink. Then chef turned up talked about what we were going to cook. Went to market to buy all the goods which I found fascinating as we asked lots questions. Back to kitchen to cook and then we ate. Loved it all however we were promised an email with recipes of what we made I have messaged chef many times and get no response so bit disappointed as I need the ingredients to recreate it at home.
We are sorry for missing your message. tomorrow morning I am booked for a tour but can accommodate your family in the afternoon 2:30pm. Please let me know if you are interested.
