We went to branch BKK306. The entrance had a bad sewage stench which was not the best way to welcome guests. Front desk service was good, bed and ambiance were not bad. I opted for 90 minutes Khmer massage with natural oil which was applied on upper body and back and was really quite nice. However like previous reviews, we were shortchanged 10 minutes. We would have given $2 too but gave $1. The management should look into that.

My wife got her hair cut here and foils and was thrilled with the cut and color.
My daughter was really happy with her hair cut as was my teenage son with his.
Lovely team and really professional
3 haircuts, washed and foils for 1 and came to approx $50

I went to Riverside branch near my hotel after checking out a few lower cost options which didn't look as professional as U&Me. My goal: experience a Khmer massage and prep for long flight back to USA to attend my nieces wedding in a few days. A Glam day of sorts! The staff were friendly and I was ushered into the back to change for my 60 minute Khmer massage, followed by a simple mani pedi. My messuese was a 35 year old woman with firm hands, a nice smile and a hearty laugh. As I had read, majority of massage is firm kneading of legs and arms vs stretching or direct rubbing. I was not disappointed. The best, however, was saved for last as my messuese finished with a strong back, neck and heated towel, head massage! Although the mani pedi went faster than at home (no foot soaking, smoothing of rough skin, heels), I got what I paid for....the lower end of mani pedi options available. All of this including tip for under $25, after booking on line, where you receive a 10% discount. With realistic expectations for what you are paying for, I'd recommend U&Me. A bit pricey compared to others but a clean environment, nice staff and professional experience in my opinion.

I booked an appointment on WhatsApp for body waxing . I went to the old address first and tried to call the manager but no answer . Eventually I looked online and went to the new address . Once I got there they put me in the room and I turned on the light and saw the old wax jar with 3-4 used sticks in it and around it with other peoples hair on . I asked politely for a new wax and the lady said no have . So I left . The manager or anyone didn’t even bother asking me why .

Went here because while Bodia was the recommended location they werent open or available at the time we went. Thankfully we also got great masseuses that really hit the spots.
She had the amazing hot stone massage that really got into the right nooks and points that were becoming just so burdening for her.
Ill be honest, Im not one for massages but thats why I had to write about this place. Weve been back numerous times now, will continue to go and definitely recommend it others!
There are many many other treatments as well to suit your needs.

In the past 10 months of travel, this place is one of my top two massage locations. I got the traditional both times and was very happy with the amount of strength they used and where they worked me. I'm going on more time before I leave.

I asked for a hour hour foot spa, pedicure and massage, and began the treatment at 9pm.
At 9.25 I was informed my masseuse was finished her job.
I asked the staff members why it was less than half the time and she told me that sometimes they finish quickly.
I told her we had agreed upon 1 hour and she suddenly couldn't understand what the treatment I had asked for was.
All 4 staff members then began togives various excuses and contradicted each other, saying the girl was new and didn't know. They refused to discount my service- even though I only recieved half, and didn't offer to finish my treatment.
Very disappointing.
Don't go to this spa, it's an absolutely distugisting way to treat customers.
Very upsetting and a total scam.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!
Phnom penh has plenty of other spas that offer fantastic services.

1 hr Khymer massage at menu price of $11. I was very, very close to getting up and leaving from the beginning of the session. Masseur had rapid approach with quick pressure and a lot of SQUEEZING. I've had the most intense massages in neighboring Thailand by blind Wat Po masters, where I had the sensations of mild soreness the next day, but U and Me it was painful for two days after! I emphasize Very Quick pressure, almost like kneading bread, really? The saving grace was the head massage at the end which was well done. The tourist a few slots down had paid $5 and tipped 2000 riel, and expressed he felt pain upon leaving. I don't know why, I tipped $3 out of sympathy. They DON'T know what they are doing at this spa. Avoid it like the plague.

I went there for a 2 hour Khmer Massage and came out bruised all over. The lady was literally digging her elbow on every part of my body without any knowledge of which part of the body one should be massaging. It was more painful than relaxing.

I went for a massage with my husband during the first day of Pchum Bun holiday and requested for the Khmer oil massage which costs $12 an hour. It was a full body massage. I was told that the oil will only be used on my arms and body, not my legs. And since it's a holiday, we would have to pay an extra 10% fee which I thought was a bit weird for us to pay extra during a holiday. But since we didn't want to drive around, we've decided to stay and pay extra for the massage and hope it will be worth the price even though this place is more expensive than a lot of spas in Cambodia. This spa charges $20 an hour for a regular full body oil massage whereas other places only charge under $12 an hour.
After 5 minutes of poking my legs, I've asked the masseuse to stop massaging my legs because it was so so painful, and just move onto my back and arms. The girl told me that the price will change if I'm going to do just my back and arms. I asked her, "will it be cheaper than since I'm only getting my back and arms massaged?" She didn't say anything and just smiled.
The massage wasn't all that great. There was more poking than rubbing, which i expect from an oil massage. I got a few bruises afterwards.
Anyhow, when it was time to pay, they charged me $16 for my massage and the extra 10% fee which came out to $16.60! Ridiculous! I told them that the Khmer oil massage is only $12 an hour, not $16. They told me that since I only did the body and arms, the price has changed. I said, "wouldn't it costs less, instead of more?" They said that it costs more because they used more oil on me. Unbelievable!
I would never go back to this place again. Such a rip-off!
