I would not really go out of my way to see it, but as I was in the Wat Penh gardens, I went to see it. Measuring 20mts across, it was a gift from China in 2000. It is in working order, and the walk around the temple gardens is pleasant

Just in case anyone is confused about where this clock is located, it's at the base (but still within the grounds), of Wat Phnom.
From the main stairs going up to the temple, walk to the left about halfway around and you'll see the clock set on a small hill.
Further in front nearer the road, there's also a giant pig made from I think either wicker or rattan wood and is almost like a giant weaved creation which also looks super cool!
Also, as the previous reviewer had mentioned, just outside and across the road from Wat Phnom is the King Sisowath Statue which I also had a look at and took some photos as well. Have a view at all of these sights since they're all kind of bundles near each other.
