This is the second time I have been in this city the first time I really enjoyed the visit but this time I found the city has turned into a sleazy dirty town full of rubbish lying in every corner some of the bar streets were full of young girls with older men the whole place has deteriorated so much from my last visit and quite honestly I won't be back

It saddens me to write a review like this as I am a very positive person 👍 Unfortunately the only positive thing I can say about this tour is was the bus was air-conditioned and the driver was competent. There was no Wi-Fi on the bus as promised. The driver left me at the first stop even though I was there at 10:15 like he told us to be. Thank goodness the people at the first stop helped me, and he came back to pick me up to take me to the second stop. Shame on this bus driver! He should count the people on the bus to make sure everyone is there. There are many bus trips in Phnom Penh, so please do not take this one.

We have taken tours throughout Asia and this one takes the cake. We couldn’t understand the guide at all. It was not explained that it was only the transportation included. We had to pay for all the entrances fees and recordings. In hindsight we could of hired a tuk tuk and seen it at our own pace.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Our tour price are $15 per person and we are offering: - half day tour bus reach to 2 historical Genocide museums - free hotels pick up / drop off - wifi - pure drinking water - free children under 10 years old - English speaking tour assistance on bus - documentary played related to history on bus - audio guide tour in killing fields (15 languages). Exclusions: entrance fees and audio tour(S21) - entry ticket S21 $5 - audio tour S21 $3 (optional) - entry ticket at killing fields $3 Notices: if you take our tour bus, you will pay about $26 (full optional). This price is better than others tour bus while their prices are about $29 (full optional). If you ride a tuk tuk, you'll pay $20 for transportation plus entrance fees and audio $14( full optional) it is higher than our tour bus and no value to compare us.if you booked our tour on the hotel tour desk, you would ask them to show our information first. Sincerely your Kanha

Had a trip booked over my hotel to the genocide museum and the killing fields.
The assistant on the bus was very friendly and helpful. She spoke exceptional well English and in addition a documentary movie was shown in the bus ride.
WiFi on the bus was working and we were offered a free cold water, they even offered another bottle of water for free after we kindly asked.
Very helpful was the fact that the assistant had no problem to exchange our 50 Dollar bills, without any complain.
We even got a discount on the killing fields museum, 3 dollars of.
Unfortunately we had the tour on our last day in town, otherwise we probably would have booked another sightseeing tour.
