I have taken a lot of taxi's during my almost four year stay in Cambodia. I have a car of my own in Cambodia, but sometimes I an forced to use taxi's ti depart or arrive home from the airport; ti attend business meeting where parking for large cars does not exist; and to tour around the city during high traffic times in the morning and evening. The taxi drive recently surprised me with how well he spoke the American style of English language. He told me he has been taking classes for several years and he has a brother abd sister in the USA he plans ti visit in a couple of weeks. The driver was professional, courteous and went the extra mile to make my trip and enjoyable one. I paid him the $10 usd fare and tipped him and additional $10. The surprising, yet enjoyable experience was worth every USD spent.

I would echo all the comments made about Polen, He's an excellent driver and a really nice person to travel with. He took me from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and then later up to Banteay Srei and back to Phnom Penh - and he knew all the back streets to avoid Phnom Penh traffic and get me to the airport without stress. Highly recommended

We hired the drive from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh and it was a comfortable trip with excellent driving. It was a 5 hour journey and excellent value at $90 and the driver was so helpful and courteous and showed us some sights on the way. Highly recommended.

Superb communication from Tony from the outset and he kept us up to date on timings. Polen was our driver and who was on time in a well maintained and clean Lexus and was friendly and polite throughout. He was an excellent and safe driver, who struck the perfect balance of sharing stories and information (in perfect English) but also leaving us time to snooze!
I would thoroughly recommend Polen and the rest of the team. We wish them the best of luck as the country opens up again.

Me. Suan and his brother Mr. Rey drove my family and I from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and back. They were very professional and friendly. They are very careful drivers and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who should like to skip a bus journey!

Call these guys to get you anywhere in Cambodia. They are responsive, adaptable, and safe. They managed to get me and my family rides anywhere in Cambodia on sometimes shorter than a day's notice. Their prices are fair and they will accommodate your schedule for any trip. Cannot recommend this service enough!

My friends and i found this company on google. At first, we were wondering about the service until we saw our driver, Mr Polen. He showed up with a professional manner and kindly introduced himself that really impressed because we never knew that we would have such a luxury service
The car is clean and modern but the most significant thing in the whole trip that our driver , Mr Polen not just only the driver but also the local guide, his english just excellent, he never mind to show us some more places on the way that never mentioned in the itinerary before. He is nice, enthusiastic, calm, professional...
I highly recommend this company to anyone who want to look for a private transport in Cambodia and Mr Polen must be your driver

Seriously can’t recommend Mr Polen enough - he dramatically enhanced our entire Cambodia experience. He is an excellent taxi driver and genuinely one of the most pleasant and bubbly people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Not only is his vehicle very clean and comfortable and he provides bottled water, his knowledge of the area is extensive and he provides tidbits of information throughout the drive. He pointed out famous statues and monuments while exiting Phnom Penh (even stopping to take photos and further explain sites), villages we should take note of outside the city, and unique information about the land like what was being grown on specific farms. He answered all of our questions about the land and the culture with ease. He even took us to his favorite and reputable street food carts on the way so that we could eat dinner and try authentic street food as a local, totally worry-free! Our experience with Mr. Polen was so memorable that we hired him again to take us to the airport when we were ready to leave Siem Reap. We felt very safe and comfortable with Mr. Polen as our driver, and we would absolutely recommend him to our fellow travelers!

Polen was just the best driver we could have hoped for. Not only was he a safe and careful driver he was also so very friendly and accommodating.
His excellent knowledge of all the historical sites was invaluable in helping us plan our 3 days so as we maximised our time in Siam Reap.
We would highly recommend him.

I visited Cambodia in March 2022 with my friend. We needed a transfer from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and were also interested in some day trips. I contacted Cambodia Taxi and they were very easy to deal with, via email and WhatsApp. Serious, professional, reliable! The name of our driver was Polen.
He is the most reliable, friendly and courteous driver you could wish for. Polen is always on time and an absolutely safe driver. Moreover, he speaks good English and his comfortable car is impeccably maintained.
What is important to me: Polen has a 6th sense for knowing when we wanted to engage in stories and conversation and when we needed quiet. He suggested several excursions during our free time and seamlessly took care of the planning, getting tickets and such. He is willing to fulfil any request wherever you want to travel. He is the golden ticket for transport in Cambodia. I highly recommend him and this company!
