Terrible experience
Dec 2017
We took a mini-van from Battambang to Phnom Penh and it was a dreadfull experience. The driver drove way to fast, and made a lot of dangerous high-speed manoeuvres. We asked him to slow down several times, but he ignored it. A very unsafe journey.

Comfortable way to get to Siem Reap
Dec 2017 • Couples
My wife and I took their 22:45 (bus 66) overnight service from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. We had a lower bunk in the centre of the bus between us (11A and 12A). Unfortunately, the curtain was missing but this didn’t matter as all the other curtains were closed. The bunk had a power socket and air vents and about a foot of window. If you want a better view, get an upper bunk. The bunks have short railings at the rear half to stop you rolling out. I would recommend sleeping with your head to the rear of the bus to avoid hitting it every time the bus brakes. The bus arrived on time at 04:45 in Siem Reap, despite getting a puncture. The bus didn’t have a toilet but there were plenty of stops en route. My only real issue was that the air conditioning was set very high, so it got quite cold towards the end. A blanket and pillow are provided but bring extra layers anyway. Also, the bed is about 5’7” long (I’m 5’10 so couldn’t quite lie completely straight) The bus cost me $8 per person, so is excellent value for such a long journey.

Night bus
Dec 2017 • Couples
Took the night bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Bus left on time, got there on time, driver was very nice, absolutely no problems.

Only minor quibble was that the a/c was too high, but that's not unexpected for a night bus in SE Asia - comfortable enough with long sleeves/trousers and the blanket provided.

Terrible
Nov 2017 • Couples
Horrendous start to finish. Late picking us up from the hotel (10.40 pickup time, actual time 11.30). Late leaving the bus station. AC non existent, multiple, seemingly pointless stops along the way, and the worst? The bus was stopped before crossing the main bridge into PP by the Police. Barricades put up in front of the bus. After 30 mins with no explanation, we just got off and set off walking, with absolutely no communication or concern for the fact we were walking down one of the busiest roads at rush hour. Do yourself a favour and pay a couple dollars extra for a better service.

Doesn’t even deserve one star !
Nov 2017 • Couples
We were travelling from Battambang to Phnom Penh, Booked the tickets through our hostel. Late departure: 13:15 instead of 12:30. Driver stopped more than 40 times on the way to pick locals and take some random breaks, which consequently increased the travel duration (8hours instead of the indicated 6hours). Driver drove really really bad and no one from the group of 3 from the “staff” spoke any English. At some point it rained heavily, but the wipers did not work (or they chose not to use them). Upon our arrival at PP, they tried to charge us more money, as our initial plan was to stop in Krakor to visit the floating village (price was 7$, same price to go all the way to PP or stop on the way). However, we reached Krakor way too late and continued to PP. We refused to pay and eventually they moved on ... All in all, if we could rate less than a star, we would have.

Terrible Service
Jun 2017 • Friends
Me and my friend were the only foreigners (1,87m & 1,90meter) in the mini van. Lots of small local people joined, but the driver did put us totally in the back with the least leg space and gave the best places to the locals... Driver drove like an idiot!
Only good point... brand new mini van!
