Everyone seems to have their favourite bar in Bassac Lane - we were no different ending up in the Phnom Penh Yacht Club more often. All the bars have a different look and feel and drinks menu so it's not unusual to see people popping...More

We spent a couple of hours with friends here in Bassac Lane and had a great time listening to live bluegrass music. Go visit for a night if you are in Phnom Penh. There's live music, great cocktails and funky little restaurants. Wear cool clothing...More

While there are many bars in the area, that is not our scene. We liked the area because it was shady, had many western restaurant options and was a delightful place. There aren’t that many nice places to walk around in the city of Phnom...More

I was kind of hoping for something a bit more chic and with a bit more boutique level atmosphere. The area is certainly a step up from the Riverside hole bars and some of the other party streets, but it's still forming. Was tempted to...More

A trendy enclave of tiny bars, we were brought here at the end of a night market/food tour a few years ago and had a great night sipping cocktails into the wee hours. Worth a visit. Arrive at happy hour for maximum value!

Not worth a tuk-tuk drive if you live further away, on Riverside. For folks in the direct vicinity maybe worthwhile going at night time, but maybe only once. Miniature bars with 'cute' interiors in a ghetto like tourist setting. Neither authentic nor lively.
