This is a great tour which takes you to the top of Bokor where you can visit the old casino, Catholic Church, Buddha Temple and several other landmarks from the early part of the century and through the 1970s. There is a feel for the French influence in the area as well as some reminders of Cambodias troubled past. You... More

I rented a motorbike and ride 40km from Mad Monkey hostel to TOP of Bokor mountain which the National Park is at. The roads from entrance of national park are perfect. Great for those who are biking enthusiast because of the many curves on hill roads.

The answer is... very cold! To get on the top of Phnom Bokor you'll very likely need a sweatshirt or a heavy raincoat - been there two times, both rainy. Very nice things to see there, all of them are worth visiting. I hope the AWFUL resort they built on top of the mountain to get the funding for the... More

We reached this place with motorbike, don't really expecting to sea a lot, except the famous casino. Hwever, if you drive further on and leave the casino behind, you'll find a wonderful sacred temple on the top of the mountain, surrounded by the clouds and sacred budist music. With the wonderful views. Have in mind, that you ave to wait... More

We travelled up from Kampot by scooter, on an incredibly hot day, but when we got to the top we were literally driving through a cloud. We got cold and a bit wet. Still great fun and so much to see. What they don't tell you, however, is that when you reach the end of the road to the waterfall... More

A good experience for those seeking out old verses new Cambodia before the "old" is gone. The Chinese are actively changing Cambodia with not much consideration of the local people all around Cambodia. We love the Cambodian people--so gentle and kind.

Probably the best road in Cambodia takes you up the mountain, great views all the way up. Hire a bike for $3.50 a day and up you go! We went on a cloudy day and it was very cold up the top so take a jacket....you'll need it.

A group of 10 of us all rented motorbikes for the day and spent the day riding through this park. Such a fun day!! Highly recommend and definitely the way to do it. I had never ridden a motorbike but kampot is the best place to learn as it's so much quieter. A great day out!

The park is nice but the casino in the middle of it ruins the experience. I guess I'll have to recommend this place anyway since I enjoyed everything else but the casino and resort is just stupidity.

This trip was organized by Champa travel agency. It only sets out from & returns to nearby Kampot and so we had to join it from Sihanoukville. This put an extra 4 hours on our trip which was not really worth it. As only a half day trip with lunch from Kampot, it would be. It was very depressing to... More
