What a fantastic experience - loved everything about it. The cabins were very comfortable and provided all you could need and we were very happy we had a balcony as some of the other river ships that we saw were enclosed. The food was magnificent (no shortage and good quality), all the tour guides extremely knowledgeable and friendly and as... More

With the grand colonial ambience of the Orient Express and the most attentive service this cruise will make you feel like royalty. Our trip departed from Siem Reap, with the first 5 hrs by a comfortable air-cond coach due to low water levels, then 8 days downstream to My Tho in Vietnam. A team of chefs provide a bounty of... WOW! Just completed the full 8 day/7 night Mekong Cruise on board the Jayavarman cruise boat and this rates as the most magnificent holiday I've ever had! Just incredible to be cruising along the mighty Mekong River watching the scenery, the many small boats fishing, dredging and going about their lives. The daily excursions organised on board were special -... More

My husband and I cruised the Mekong River on Avalon Waterway's Fascinating Vietnam, Cambodia and Mekong River cruise in July 2016. It was a wonderful trip that we will never forget, made all the more amazing by the wonderful people we met along the way. This was our first cruise, river or ocean, so we weren't really sure what to... More

Wonderful very good meeting up with the native of the Mekong very humble people and friendly. The Jahan guide was very impressive and knowledgable understandably considering he was 12 years old at the killing fields and witnessed the demise of his parents and was lucky to escape the clutches of the Khmer Rouge. Whilst talking about the Killing fields it... More

From the moment we boarded we knew this boat was going to be special. The rooms are huge and spacious. The bed was a little on the hard side. The bathrooms are large and have a fantastic shower. The balcony is wonderful to sit on and watch everyday life of Cambodians on the Mekong. The ship itself had wonderful facilities... More

We ventured down the Mekong from Prek K’Dam to My Tho port on a River Cruise over 8 days, it was amazing to see people living in their environment, we visited villages and Floating Markets along the way. The amount of Dredging equipment was fascinating as well. Apparently there is 55,000 kilometers of river in the Mekong Delta.

Pandor company know how to look after their guest with respect and personal care making the expensive very pleasurable with beaufiully prepared food, comfortable cabins, interesting tours and great staff. Such an adventure and with beautiful scenery, local riverside markets and silver craft villages are amongst a few of the experiences as you gently sail along the Mekong River.
