I come here around 6pm and was really hungry after walking at the city center. Definitely addicting! will make you buy and taste alot of food here. Local food from snacks to beverages and rice meals are all cheap! starting from 1 BND for chicken rice! I suggest you come here all hungry and you will be all satisfied.

Lots of produce, great mangos and other such fruit/veggies. I was here during ramadan, so I couldn't find any meals being sold. Not sure if there are meals sold when it is not ramadan. Otherwise, there wasn't much here outside of food for locals - ie snack stuff and spices and cooking ingredients. Worth a brief visit at its nice... More

We enjoy visiting markets around the world to see what interesting products might be on offer and to see how the locals live. This is a very small market where you will find lots of dried fish (be prepared for a strong fishy smell), fruit and vegetables along with various souvenirs. We were told that this is one of the... To explore the life of local Brunei people and their culture, Kg Kianggeh Open Air Market is the ideal place not just to get the real experience but also you can buy your daily needs and taste local delicacy.

overflowing with fresh local vegetables, fruit, and dried fish products. I always find the markets to be a great place for encounters with the locals, and this was no exception. I met many friendly vendors and shoppers here, who flashed ear-to-ear smiles at me as I approached and left. I could see that the place hadn’t yet been affected by... More

We went there as this is close to our hotel. Not sure whether this is due to fasting month or the time we are there(around 10am). There is lack of hustling and bustling in the, market. There are stalls but not a lot of people. It is interesting to see what they sell. However if you are running out of time,... More

I've been here long time before and it was a new place at that time. Time flies and the place getting older. New area has been provided just next to the existing area. Accessible with both car and boat. Will surely come again next time.
