This place just doesn't have it right though they have spent so much money on the decor. Poor maintenance and not really a very professional place, thought they do try.

Happy to pay for quality service but Tulip is just below par. Staff is unfriendly and you can see how uninterested they are in servicing you. Not worth paying the exorbitant prices at all. Not going back.

Avoid this place! My husband is a regular here and gets a 90 minute massage once or twice each month. The massage is around 10 thousand taka including vat so this place is definitely NOT cheap. Today He suggested I go with him to get my wax done and see if I may like it. I paid 9 thousand taka for full leg, arm, underarm, face and bikini wax. AND had the WORST experience! While waxing my face the lady put hot wax on my eyelash, (twice) then she used very hot wax that almost burned my skin while doing my Brazilian bikini!!! After telling her numerous times and she burnt me she kept on going. She caled in two other women to work on waxing me and do my facial all at once all three chatting away very loudly. They use butterknives (wth) to apply wax here. While applying wax the butter knife fell on the floor and she picked it up and used it on me. Also while I asked the lady who did my facial the difference between the many facials they offer, she seemed to have no knowledge about them didn't tell me what each facial can do for me nothing.I cant believe my husband spends 10 thousand taka 1-2 times a month for this type of unprofessional unhygienic service. Never again!!

The service was efficient, timely, and very welcoming. The atmosphere is so relaxing and beautiful. I just had the most wonderful massage, the therapists and spa experience was really good. Also my facial, gel nails, manicure pedicure was wonderful. The customer service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and warming. Thanks for the excellent level of service!

The ladies and gentlemen at Tulip were all very welcoming. I was able to get everything I wanted within a day's notice. Their massage was very good and professional, as well as wax, haircut and nails. Thanks team!

Services are awful. As the service givers seems not so professional.
So much expensive.even it is high price than Raddission, Lemeredian or Amari Spa services.
Maintanance is poor. Bad ambience.

Never have I been in a parlor where a hairdresser can’t do a straight haircut properly. All I asked was to shorten hair a few inches. The hairdresser kept cutting and cutting because she couldn’t make it straight and ended up making my hair extremely short. What kind of a salon doesn’t even teach employees to give a straight cut properly? Never going back.

Yes we do & we have professional nail tec from Thailand.. It will last for 45 days.. after that if u want to continue u need refill.. Thanks)
