The Curzon Hall is a British period building and now it is the home of the Faculty of Sciences at Dhaka University. The building used to be a town hall and is named after Lord Curzon. Upon the establishment of Dhaka University in 1921, it became the base of the university's science faculty.

Most famous part of Dhaka University area. It's named on lord curzon. It's one of the oldest building in DU area. It's very beautiful and the hall is now used as science faculty building. most of the science related subjects are studied here. Many people go to this place for just to visit the building area and to see the beautiful architectural creations.

I really loved the architectural design of Curzon Hall. It had such a unique charm and flair about it. There were so many students studying on the lawn, and the place was just full of life!

From the British times and now used as Science Faculty premises of Dhaka University, it is a very interesting colonial structure. Linger on and spend some time. For the architecture buffs.

Although its part of Dhaka University, still open for all. You will get the flavor walking through the history. Just sit under the tree on afternoon. Listen bird's sound and feel the nature. Go for when you find time!!

The Curzon Hall is a British colonial era building named after Lord Curzon and home of the Science Faculty at the University of Dhaka. Its massive structure stands as a monument to the heritage of education in the city. Visiting Curzon Hall is not only a journey into the past, but to observe the century old architectural masterpiece. It’s a unique combination of Mughal and European designing styles and the traditional artistry of the time was made to blend exquisitely with the modern features. The red coloring of the building is really unique and also features beautiful pavilions and breathtaking eaves. As an architectural wonder, the Curzon Hall is an unforgettable attraction in Dhaka city near Shahid Minar.

Curzon Hall is part of the Dhaka University Campus and its basically an area which houses student dorms of Dhaka University. Its a nice place and the buildings are quite old but well maintained. Not really a tourist spot but nice for a stroll. Foreigners are recommended to accompany locals when travelling there.
