The park is nice, with different sections (including martyrs lane). It is a must for tourists given it contains and is around some of the better tourist sites.
I went during July and weather was a bit hot, however, this location was still worth it
This place is a must for your Baku photos collection. It has excellent views of the city, Caspian Sea and Flame Towers. In the evening the breeze is amazing, the vibe is pleasant. It was my favourite in Baku!
The park is on a hill and you can see all central Baku.
