Sadly this mosque built by the Turks for the small Sunni population is rarely open and closes immediately after sunset prayers.

This little mosque is nicely placed on a hill overlooking the city. It is in great contrast to the Flame Towers that are nearby.

Pretty obvious from the outside where this Blue mosque was patterned after. I love the architecture of this mosque and of course especially is bigger cousin in Turkey. Not jaw dropping impressive like the one in Istanbul but worth a quick visit.

This Blue mosque is located nearby Dagustu park, which is on the hill side, where the Martyr's Lane is. You could see the a great city view facing the Caspian sea.

There is no real reason to come see this cute but nondescript mosque unless you are staying uphill from the center of town. It's very reminiscent of the blue mosque in Istanbul, but lacking two more minarets to be its twin.

It's hardly ever open. I doubt there is.
