An hour drive from central Baku, this is a shopping mini town, wide spread area, many large halls, enough parking, clothes, electronic items, dry fruits, fruits, shoes, suitcases, souvenirs, and everything a shopper is looking for. This place is very popular with locals and considered the grand dad of all shopping places in and around Baku. There are also many eateries and restaurants to relax after shopping. One needs to take a taxi to reach this exciting shopping destination.

Long story short. Sadarak is good for buying house stuff and cheap carpets. Anything else you wont find. Jackets and shirts even after bargaining are very expensive and most of them in poor quality. If you are a tourist and not going for furniture or kitchen supplies then it is just waste of time.

Huge place, even a day is less to completely see it
Far away from the center, has almost all things available, households, electronics, clothes, etc.

Dont think its a place for tourist, but still if you have free time one can experience,
Things are priced accordingly to quality. Place where you can Bargain.

This place is HUGE! However, please be aware of the customs and culture. I, a female, wore shorts... Don't make my mistake. No matter what time of year. Also do NOT go alone if you would like to shop in peace. Honestly, when they ask you to buy and you are not interested in what they offer, just smile at them. They are great people who are firm in their own convictions. Be firm in yours.

If you are looking for a typical Western shopping experience, then don't come here. There are a few shops with high quality goods. However if you are looking for an experience, then do come!

It's by far the biggest shopping outlet I have ever been! Just stores stretching to as far as the eyes can see! Awesome! Lose yourself isn't a concept but a reality here!

I bought a bey papaq from a shop that seemed to have sold genuine fur and wool goods. Very happy!
