Highland Park in Baku offers an unparalleled panoramic view of the city from its elevated vantage point. Visitors can take the funicular (which charges only 1 manat) or climb the stairs (though it's quite challenging). The park overlooks the Caspian Sea and provides a great view of the Flame Towers. It's a must-visit spot, especially around sunset. The restaurant there is reasonably priced and serves excellent food and drinks.

We went a bit before sunset so got to see some of the smaller landmarks (like Alley of Martyrs) and enjoyed the view of the city both in the day and night. The “Baku Panoramic View” point in Google Maps is excellent, and gives you a lovely view of the city including the Flame Towers light show, which keeps running on loop after sunset. The park itself is also well-maintained!

If you want to see most of the city's coastline and the buildings in the city this is the place to visit. This park is also called Dagusta Park. To get to it you can either take a taxi up, take the stairs..the steps is about 15-minute long walk up or you can take the cable car up. On the day I visited the cable car was not working so I use a taxi to get there. This park is also called that Dagusta Park and it is very popular with the tourists. It very beautiful and very clean park with lots of green spaces. However the look out spot is most popular for the best view of Baku and for photos.

This is the highest viewpoint of Baku. It's part of most city tours. It needs climbing almost 100 stairs to reach the top, so if you do not have strong legs and heart, you can avoid it. But if you can reach the top the view is spectacular. It's a perfect spot for some amazing pictures. You can see the entire city in one go. You spend 15 mins here and your camera will be filled with some panoramic views. I would say must go in and when the daylight is on for good pictures

The Highland Park is the highest point in Baku with an amazing panorama to the city. The park is located in the center of Baku and offers wonderful view of Baku bay and Baku Boulevard along the Caspian sea. The view in the evening is truly magnificent. There is a restaurant in park. A very nice place to spend time in Baku.

This park is apparently very nice to see at night but we saw it during the day. It has many stairs to go to the top to see the view of Baku but you can take a funicular to the top. It has an amazing view of the Caspian sea.

This is just my opinion but it’s the place I liked the most in town. The park is sublime, the paths are wide, it’s calm and clean. But above all it is the most beautiful panorama of the city. You can stay there for hours looking at the city and admiring the flame towers. The mosque is the oldest and certainly one of the most beautiful. We have a mix of modernity and nature. A memorable and, for my part, unforgettable place.
