small mall .. some well know brands are there however the prices are high compare to thise brands origin .. for example: LC waikiki is turkish brand where the brices in turkey is significantly lower than thier prices in baku ..
Overall, this mall does not worth special visit, you can visit it just if you are aomewhere close to that mall.

One of the biggest malls in Baku and easily connected as well . This is a huge mall, there is a metro station near by as well which still uses Soviet era underground metros to connect to the places. This is really great place to unwind and buy stuff as well.

Very small i dont like it low chooses......... Need to make big something big for baku not like 28 mall and not like park bulvar

I usually visit 28 Mall with my family quite often. I think it'a one of the best one in the city. Yes , the location is good. The service, security, escape routes, lighting are ok, but it's also because the other ones are poor.
An access to the underground parking is very narrow, the pedestrian routes are not designed properly and xross the vehicle routes in many places. The shops are ok, but not all popular brands are represented here.

This mall is one of the best mall in baku; there are all the brands in this mall , finally we went mcdolands for lunch. All the staff in mcdolands couldnt speak english and we ordered hardly so one of the staff of mcdolands was very impolite,bad-tempered rude and clumsy ; she had to dismissal ...

Modern shopping mall with all major middle market clothes brands (Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Terranova, Aldo, New Yorker etc).
A quite large food court with McDonald’s, Coffee House, & local food cafes.
The top floor is dedicated to baby/kids shops.
The -1 floor contains a very clean and spacious Bravo supermarket.
The only problem is toilets which are really dirty and almost all of them closed except the one on floor -1.

The mall was good with all the international brands like Zara, Mango etc. I didn't see many local clothing brands there. The food court was good. The hotel where we stayed recommended Ganjlik mall as that was big but I found mall 28 to be better than Ganjlik.

We were on holiday with our six year old daughter and our son who was under two. Summer was hot and so it was nice for the kids to escape the long walks, enjoying a bit of indoor play. The soft play area in this mall made our daughter happy, but our son was judged as too little to go in. Quite expensive, however.
As for shops, there were a few of interest. Big brands. Nearly bought a pair of jeans for myself.
The supermarket was nicely stocked. Bought some tea.
A very comfortable place overall.
