Animal abuse and rowdy locals harassing unaware tourist . Not a great experience. They shouted and scared the tourists demanding huge sum of money for pictures
Restaurants are great but mostly waiters are rude. And do they really charge extra for salt pepper oregano and chilly flakes ?? Amazingly greedy people .
The vibe of the place is great tho . Worth a visit

Beautifully designed for tourists. Lot of people walk around Nizami street, full of nice caffes and resturants. Shopping and fund can be seen there.

Probably the heart of modern Baku. All kinds of eateries and branded shops are along this area. One tends to enjoy the cool breeze blowing in the evening while having a walk in this busy street of Baku.

Buzzling with activity , lighted and full of stalls for food, games etc. The nights are what one has to be here to enjoy. Lots of cafe, food. A walking area mostly.

he street's history could be traced back to Baku's town-planning project of 1864. The street runs through the city's downtown from west to east. It begins from Abdulla Shaig Street, in the mountainous part of the city and ends at railroad bed on Sabit Orujov Street, near a monument to Shah Ismail Khatai in “Black City”. The total length of the street is 3,538 m.
The traffic-free segment, which begins at the Fountains Square and ends at the Rashid Behbudov Street, is commonly known as Torgovaya
Nizami Street is home to various outlets, from banks to fashion stores and is one of the most expensive streets in the world. The street also accommodates the embassies of Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, and Austria, as well as the European Union Delegation to Azerbaijan.
