25 manat is a great price for this. If only they gave you what they say they do...! We had a terrible time figuring out where to meet. It took an email and 2 phone calls to figure out where to meet the van. ITicket.Az says to meet at Azneft Square. Trip Advisor says to meet at Freedom Square. The area is HUGE and there are no signs telling you where to meet. The driver thought he was at the Formula 1 Race. Not watching it - IN IT - he was a crazy driver shaking his fist at so many drivers as they were stopping his "race." The description says you have 1 hour at each location. At Yanar Dag our guide was racing us out at 40 minutes! We didn't even get a chance to see the second museum! But he said we had to leave. At Ateshgah we had 45 minutes instead of 60 and the guide was following us around trying to hurry us as we took our final photos. The entire trip was 2 hours and 45 minutes. Not the 4 hours that ITicket.Az said it would be or the 3-4 hours that Trip Advisor said it would be. I wonder why we had to hurry so much!! Oh, and the promised water - nonexistent. Our guide seemed like he would rather be at the dentist having some teeth pulled instead of with us - he honestly seemed frustrated at having to be with us. There are many tour companies offering tours to Yanar Dag and Ateshgah. Sadly, we would recommend you use one of the other companies.

Had the misfortune of using their service in our recent tour to Baku. While the bus was clean and audio guide in order, rest of the experience was really bad. First of all, information on service and timings was not available anywhere. No staff at designated stop. Waited for more than an hour at the designated stop in absence of information. No service for more than an hour! Then there was no brochure in the small bus which came. WORST was to follow- We got down at a stop at around 5 pm and wanted to take next bus from same stop, which we were informed will be after 1hour 20 min! We waited for the next bus, which came and went away at 6 pm ! LEAVING US !! Inspite of the fact i messaged the bus staff that we are waiting for them in shade and will take less than 2 minutes to walk back. But he just left messaging he cannot wait ! And no bus after 6 pm, even though service timings is supposed to be till 7 pm !! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED indeed !!!

Dear Sir, Thank you for your review. We truly apologize for the occurred situation and kindly ask you to accept our apologies. We truly hope you will not experience this situation in future. We would like to kindly inform you in below-mentioned points the reason why you have faced this problem: 1. We have reviewed your review in details and checked our tracking system by timing. We found out that the bus was waiting at the stop from 18:00 until 18:10. As a matter of fact, the bus cannot wait in one stop more than for 10 minutes even if there at least one tourist in the bus. 2. Also for your kind information, we would like to mention that every stop of Baku City Tour has the designed ads with QR codes by which you could easily track the location of the bus via using your smartphone. We hope for your kind understanding and very thankful to you for informing us to improve the quality of our services,

This Tourist Information Centre is located near the high end hotels like Hilton and Radisson. It is open from 9 in the morning till 6 in the evening. The staff can speak a little English. They provide brochures, maps, phrasebooks, Baku Guide magazine and bluetooth downloadable information on buildings. They also offer package and tailor-made tours, information on free walking tours and information on paid guides. They also give information about the old city audio tours. You have to get this information out of them though.
