I was extremely impressed with this company from my first correspondence with them. They always replied very swiftly to my questions and on the morning I arrived in Baku, my driver was waiting patiently outside for me, holding a card with my name on it.
The driver was excellent, and very professional. Payment for the journey is made on conclusion of it and can be paid in Euros, US dollars or Manats. The trips are all very well priced and the cars used very clean and comfortable.
My experience was so favourable that I booked another trip through the same company, this time to Qabala.
Again, everything ran like clockwork. I was contacted on WhatsApp to keep me updated. I was fortunate enough to get the same driver (Talibov) and he was wonderful. He did speak some English and was very kind and courteous, and despite the sometimes challenging journey (snow and ice) and the long day, his driving remained excellent. He was able to take me to some really interesting places too. He even allowed me to use the WiFi through his mobile telephone, which was much appreciated and an unexpected gesture.
I really enjoyed my experience with this company and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
When I return to Azerbaijan I will definitely be calling on the services of this company again.

The airport transport service is a terrible service on offer. It is better to book a hotel shuttle or your own service over the internet. They charge premium rates for the worst service possible! The drivers are foreigners and they try to scam money off you, giving weird reasons and excuses!

You have posted to the wrong business. We are not Airport Taxi, we are Baku Private Airport Transfer Services Company, where you book in advance and know how much you will pay upon arrival. I hope next time you are in Baku, you will use our services and not get scammed.

We used B.A.T.S for our corporate transfers while attending the IAC in Baku in October 2023. The service was impeccable from start to finish. We booked around 20 return airport transfers between Heydar Aliyev International Airport and our hotel. The communication and organisation of the transfers was excellent. The company were also on hand throughout our stay to help out with local advice and recommendations. They were also extremely helpful collecting some luggage that had been delayed for one of our delegates and dropping to off at the hotel in the middle of the night. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend B.A.T.S to anyone visiting Baku.

Booked several teansfers in Baku and got a service 10/10 which is incomparable comparing to other services in the whole country. Driver was as friendly as no one in the country, he even showed us the sightseeings of the city. Gave us an extra trip to the countryside and kne of the best beaches!! Amazing, will definitely visit Baku next year or anytime soon!

We had an airport shuttle reservation for the early morning of April 7, 2022. No one was waiting. I wrote several times on the WhatsApp number provided, but I didn't get a response. We had to get another transfer, which cost a lot of money. We were later given the option of free transportation to the airport, but we no longer trusted it. So I do not recommend this company.

We used this service for transport, guiding and coordination of hotels for five days. Before the trip we received a detailed plan with cost estimates. We were picked up in the airport by our driver Rafael who consistently ensured transport, english speaking guides, authentic food and good hotels. Our driver was very fleksible and attentive to our whishes making sure the trip had just the right amount of cultural and historic content we prefered. I had never been to Azerbaijan before but after this trip I want to visit again.

I had booked a hotel through booking.com and had requested for the airport pickup shuttle. The shuttle was there on my arrival.I had booked Supreme hotel which is a 4 star hotel.Im happy and thankful to the staff of this hotel for making my holidays colorful and comfortable. Its a great hotel with beautiful and cozy rooms.

Arrived at Baku airport and no show.
Whatsapped driver only to be told “trip had cancelled”. Obviously not mate.
Comms before we arrived were promising but wouldn’t touch with a barge pole next time.
Just get a cab at the official stand.

Driver was very friendly, and told us lots about Baku. He was very considerate and made phone calls to our hotels so that we did not get lost on arrival as roads were closed for the GP. Thank you!

I did not get a ride to my hotel. It took an hour to find out where my driver was. I paid 40 euro for the phone calls and the mobile data because my operator thinks Azerbaijan is as exotic as Chad. My driver was nowhere, he had made a mistake with the date.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. You are absolutely right, it was our driver's mistake who messed up the dates, as your flight the day before was cancelled and you have notified us. As it's a busy season and we are getting lot's of orders, failures happen. We will try not to make these kinds of mistakes in the future. Thanks for sharing your review.

We will be a family of 2adults +2 kids(9 and 10yrs) arriving may. Our luggage will be two suitcases, 4 pieces hand luggage and 3 bike bags(130cmx60x30). Any suggestions for size of car for airport transfer we may need?
