Gobustan and the mud volcanoes

A group of six friends got to Baku, Azerbaijan for 3 days.
We had a wonderful time at the old city and adjoining areas. For a half day trip to Gobustan and the mud volcanoes, we had booked this tour with Guided Azerbaijan. Our guide was Murad, a sweet gentleman who has great knowledge especially from a historical point of view.
He was courteous and helpful. Gave us good tips for the rest of our trip too. From history to culture to social aspects to food, Murad details you about everything.
Highly recommended!!!

Winter in Baku

My family and I visited baku in winter. It was very cold however the weather was really amazing and we had fun with the snow and ice skating as well as going high up to the mountains and seeing the most amazing view of snow. Winter in baku is really a very nice experience.

Old city free walking tour

The tour was great.. i book the tour last minute and still managed to get space.

We started on time and spent more than two hours to go around old city, boulevard and carpet museum.

The tour guide was very informative and funny. He's very helpful.. he even did extra effort to help me to get sim card and show some places where i can get good food.

Really glad i found this walking tour.

Best guide you could ever hope for!

We are so glad we got Murad as our tour guide. From the moment we contacted him on whatsapp to arrange our visa and travel till the end of our holiday, he was constantly in touch with us. Always prompt in his reply and always ready to help. He was on time to pick us up from the airport and recommended the best restaurant and best food. He is very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the country and will make sure you fall in love with Azerbaijan!
Murad took us all over the city, highland park, martyrs lane, flames tower, fire mountain, Atesghah temple and museum of art. All through out he was full of information.
We enjoyed his company and so did our 5 year old son. He was always playing with our little man and goofing around with him.
He is definitely one of the best guide and a gentleman. We will come back again and go to the region with him next time around.

Gobustan and volcano

Overall, i am very satisfied with the quality of the tour. Our guide, Elshan has an excellent knowledge about the sites that we are visiting but also the knowledge in general, we love how Elshan went over the mile to explain us the history of azerbaijan in detail while travelling inside the car during our trip. He has an amazing personality that my toddlers bond with him instantly. We love the car that took us around, very comfortable and very well maintained, although some water bottle could be provided as we forgot to bring one on the trip. It was an memorable tour, especially riding a 30 year old russian made taxi when we were climbing the mud volcano...thank you.

Baku city tour

Fuad was one of the best guides we could have. His information about the places was very good and he was always very energetic and helping take photos at the right places. He was even very kind to show places to eat and good company while drive on road. I completely recommend him for tours in baku. His prices are very reasonable too!

A great way to learn more about Azerbaijan

My wife and I visited Azerbaijan (Baku and Gabala). While in Baku, we contacted Murad to get a tour for Ateshgah and Yanardag. Murad was very flexible and helpful, he customized the tour to our needs and provided us with a complimentary city tour in his Audi. Murad has excellent knowledge of the country and he speaks very good English. Also, Murad provided us with so much help by recommending restaurants, malls, destinations and shops using wtsap. He also answered all our questions which we sent him through wtsap, all for free! I think contacting Murad as soon as you arrive at Baku is very helpful to give you the best tips to explore the city and make the most of your time.

Amazing adventure and brilliant guides

This was one of my best trips so far this year! Murad and our driver were excellent; fun, thoughtful, engaging, knowledgable, experienced and super friendly! I couldn't have asked for anymore enjoyable tour of the city and countryside with them. I've been in the travel industry for 15 years and Murad is one of the best guides I've been with!

Amazing Gabala Tour

It was very comfortable car Lexus 570 and our Guide Murad 1 thanks for great tour. We enjoyed every moment. I definitely recommend this company and Murad 1 as a tour guide. The knowledge that they pass to you as a tourist is very fruitful.

Free walking tour

Before the tour, Faud contacted us via WhatsApp to welcome us. He also answered any questions we had regarding Azerbaijan, from transport to changing currency which was very very helpful! True Azerbaijan hospitality indeed. Thank you :)

Our tour guide was Sabina and her friend, Leman. They were absolutely wonderful, friendly and full of knowledge about the places we visited. They even got us bottles of water when we were thirsty! It was really sweet of them. They were also very willing to share about Azerbaijani culture, politics, language and basically could engage us on a wide range of topics, anything we asked! At the end of the tour, we didn't feel like we were part of a tour group, but like a group of friends exploring the city.

Thank you very much Guided Azerbaijan! We will definitely book more tours here the next time we are in Baku!
