The trip was wonderful! The 5-day tour was a perfect length of time to see many of Georgia’s highlights. Our guide Marine Petrosyan was excellent: She was an experienced tour guide with a hight level of knowledge. She was eager to share everything she knew about the country and this kept us asking questions. Marine had provided valid information about this tour. She patiently explained every doubt that we had. It was a very valuable trip.

Special thanks to driver Melik, who made our trip safe all the way.

I was originally booked on tours of Armenia through a different company, but because it was winter not enough people were booked and the tours were cancelled. That company suggested that I try One Way.
I did a group tour to Garni and Geghard and I found it to be fantastic. There were no other group tours departing that week so I booked two separate private tours -the first to Sevan and Dilijan, the second to Khor Virap and Noravank. My guide was super knowledgeable, along with being friendly and fun. I felt safe on the snowy roads in the capable driver’s hands. Highly recommended!

Good price for tours, and helpful staff at the office.
The tour guide was good and friendly, also she spoke good English. She was very nice and informative about Armenian history and also folklore beliefs and stories. She would answer your questions very enthusiastically and also very friendly. I can recommend their service.

We bought 2 one-day tours from this company, first to Khor virap, Novarak, Jermuk, Areni, Arch of dreams and the mermaid's hair waterfall, and then to Garni, Geghard, Azat canyon and Symphony of stones. We had the same tour guide for both tours.
In general I'm happy with the service. But there are some points that can improve for next tours and tourists:

*Both tours were supposed to be in English, however it was a mix!
We were in minibus with other international tourists as well as Armenian speaking tourists. So the tour guide had to explain everything twice, once in Armenian and then in English!

*The stop in Jermuk was too long (more than 2 hours) where according to all the group 30 minutes was enough and the last hour was very long to pass because there was nothing to do or see! Meanwhile the stop in Areni wine factory was only 30 minutes! Where you need more time to taste and visit and decide what to buy! And our tour guide was not open toward our suggestions and opinions about this two stops.

*We were supposed to visit a museum of a famous Armenian writer, the tour guide asked us if we want to visit, we all said yes but she said we can't because the other minibus is not stopping!!! which did not make any sense at all!

*The drivers on both days were not driving careful at all. I know how it is to drive in Armenia but they were very very careless. And the music on the bus was too load.

*The tour guide was biased toward Christianity beliefs, she also kept asking if we agree to all the stories and beliefs and was somewhat confronting if you did not agree which made us sort of uncomfortable at some stages.

I was spending a week in Armenia, checking for options of guided tours. This company seemed to offer tour everyday, while other competitors were offering the tours I was interested in only on days which cannot fit to my schedule. I sent them the form, but nothing happened and they didn't answered. Then I started a messenger chat, they answered but then, again, disappeared (in all occasions I left my email and also the local cell phone). So I felt obliged to download (and register) to messenger chat service (before I used it only as a guest but then if you close the page you cannot recover the previous chat) and they write me they tried to call me several time (it is a pity that in Armenia the cell phone don't register the incoming calls, but I believe that they NEVER tried to call me...). Then I tried to ask them if there was a local physical office where I could go and book my tours: no way to get an answer (to say "Yes we have in street..." or "sorry we haven't" probably requires few seconds. My interest was for daily group tours which normally cost few tens of Euros, probably they are more interesting in having more spending-tourists for big multi-day tours. I got my tours with the bigger competitor in Yerevan, I had to adapt my schedule to their dates but the service was much, much better

Good day. Thank you for the review. As you had mentioned we have group tours every day, which are being confirmed only one day before, depending on the number of participants. You did not get an answer via email, because your booking was made during a not working hour. During the day we have gotten in touch with you to check if you confirm your reservation and we had called you for the cancellation but did not get an answer. As soon, as you had written us via messenger we had informed you about the cancellation of the tour and had suggested another direction. Please advise where did you ask the questions bout the office, because the last message in our chat was our message of asking you about another direction. Concerning the address, there was no request about our address; anyway, you had visited our website and could have found our location online. We can provide you the screenshots of our chat and the notes in our system about our m=communication, which has happened just like it happens with all of our customers. We value all of our tourists and it does not matter how many tours do they participate in. Anyway, we are happy, that you had quality time in Armenia.

We booked for two day private tour with One Way tour. During booking of the tours, Ms. Dusie, was very good in responding with my inquiries and she even suggested good tourist spots for us to maximize our trip. Our first day tour (Lake Sevan, Mt. Dilijan and Tsaghkadzor), was with Mr. Yegor (guide) and Mr. Norik (Driver), they we're very accommodating and explaining very well each location that we went. On our second day(Garni, Geghard and symphony of stones), Mr. David accompanied us he was very good as well, he became semi guide as well and explain the location that we went.
One way tour is highly recommended for tours in Armenia.

Wow! What a wonderful and unforgettable trip I had thanks to our knowledgeable, adventurous and fun tour guide Naira. The day that could have been a fiasco due to a technical mishap with our bus, turned into an adventurous, informative and fun event.
I took a tour with onewaytour to Khor Virap, Noravank and Areni Winery and will highly recommend it, especially if you choose Naira as your tour guide. The drive was beautiful and Naira is very knowledgeable and entertaining.
On our way back from Khor Virap to Noravank we had a technical problem with our bus and had to wait for arrival of the second bus that would rescue us. The unassigned stop in Surenavan village turned out to be a great bonus and was very fun thanks to our spontaneous and adventurous tour guide Naira. We end up walking in grape vineyards, hand picked some melons, sampled local fruit, talked to locals, experienced their hospitality and got to know how the village life is.
I also want to mention that Naira and our kind bus driver Levon were very accommodating in allowing us to have few extra stops at beautiful locations to have photo opportunities. That was highly appreciated!
This was my fifth trip with Oneway tour and I highly recommend this tour agency. Even during a small mishap they proved to be very professional.

We went to a trip from Yerevan to Dilijan region, visited 3 lakes and monasteries, and it was a great experience, views are spectacular, nature looks awesome and monasteries are really old and each has a very specific look, and history.
Our tour guide Naira was great, she has paid special attention to each client; told the story behind the locations we have visited, both in English for me and my friend, and on Armenian for the domestic clients. Told us we could ask her anything we are interested in, what I have done, and she told me all she knew.
Told us at the beginning of the trip that her task is to make all her clients (foreign) love Armenia, and kept her promise.
I would recommend this trip and agency to anyone.

It was a fabulous trip. The guide Nvard is exceptional. I and my family (my mom and my sisters) enjoyed it greatly. Highly recommend it to tourists who like city walk tours flavored with historical information and humor.

I went on two tours with this company. One to see Sevan lake and the other to the Garni temple.

I saw all that was promised from the tours (landscape of the country is beautiful outside of the Yerevan) and it was good to see the country outside of the capital city.

Lake Sevan tour: friendly guide who was helpful outside of the info that had to be given about the places and her delivery was understandable at all times and felt genuine. The tour group of 8 was the perfect size for this.

Garni tour: the guide (Gregor from memory) had to mix Russian and English for the tour to cater for the people on the tour so did have a difficult job. However; more people needed the English, but he spoke so fast when he was speaking it that not many people could understand what he was saying. He was asked many times to slow down, but it always felt like he was always in a rush to get the information out as soon as possible. It did not feel genuine at all. I could only understand one or two words that he was saying from each sentence. The views made up for it, but if I wanted to know the history of places we visited then he would have had to repeat things many times. Also, once we were at the places all seemed to want to do is have a cigarette and/ or catch up with other drivers/ guides. I may be wrong, but that was the impression that he gave. My impression of him dropped the rating on this review down.

Saying all the above, I would recommend this company for being able to take you to the places outside of Yerevan and hope you get a good tour guide.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent tours with us. We're thrilled you enjoyed exploring the beautiful landscapes outside of Yerevan and seeing Sevan Lake and Garni Temple firsthand. We're happy to hear you had such a positive experience on the Lake Sevan tour. It sounds like your guide did a fantastic job providing informative and engaging commentary while creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for the small group. We understand your concerns about the Garni tour. Balancing multiple languages on a tour can be challenging, and it's certainly not ideal if the guide's pace makes it difficult for some participants to understand the information being shared. We'll be sure to address this with Gregor and encourage him to prioritize clarity and comprehension for all guests in the future. Your observation about the guide's focus at the destinations is also appreciated. While breaks are necessary for everyone, we strive to ensure our guides remain engaged and present throughout the tours. We'll use your feedback to remind our team about the importance of maintaining a professional and informative presence during all tour stops. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We're constantly working to improve our tours and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. We're glad you'd recommend us to others, and we hope you'll consider joining us on another adventure in the future.

This was my first ever tour in Armenia with a tour agency.
As a solo traveler I joined their group traveling to Lori Region of Armenia.
I am a local , and am much surprised with the high quality service provided.
Our guide Arthur was super informative and supportive.
He put such music during the entire trip that the nature and music in the mini bus were so harmonic.
The driver was very good!
I visited Lori Region, and am planning 4 more trips with OneWay Tour agency.
