Good price for tours, and helpful staff at the office.
The tour guide was good and friendly, also she spoke good English. She was very nice and informative about Armenian history and also folklore beliefs and stories. She would answer your questions very enthusiastically and also very friendly. I can recommend their service.
We bought 2 one-day tours from this company, first to Khor virap, Novarak, Jermuk, Areni, Arch of dreams and the mermaid's hair waterfall, and then to Garni, Geghard, Azat canyon and Symphony of stones. We had the same tour guide for both tours.
In general I'm happy with the service. But there are some points that can improve for next tours and tourists:
*Both tours were supposed to be in English, however it was a mix!
We were in minibus with other international tourists as well as Armenian speaking tourists. So the tour guide had to explain everything twice, once in Armenian and then in English!
*The stop in Jermuk was too long (more than 2 hours) where according to all the group 30 minutes was enough and the last hour was very long to pass because there was nothing to do or see! Meanwhile the stop in Areni wine factory was only 30 minutes! Where you need more time to taste and visit and decide what to buy! And our tour guide was not open toward our suggestions and opinions about this two stops.
*We were supposed to visit a museum of a famous Armenian writer, the tour guide asked us if we want to visit, we all said yes but she said we can't because the other minibus is not stopping!!! which did not make any sense at all!
*The drivers on both days were not driving careful at all. I know how it is to drive in Armenia but they were very very careless. And the music on the bus was too load.
*The tour guide was biased toward Christianity beliefs, she also kept asking if we agree to all the stories and beliefs and was somewhat confronting if you did not agree which made us sort of uncomfortable at some stages.
