We were able to see this 1950’s building only from the outside but understand that visiting dignitaries are entertained there. So although not particularly impressive it is worth a photo or two.

Nice looking building with great architecture from 1950s, a residence of President of Republics of Armenia. The building is bigger than it appears from the street, and you can't get inside of the building or the territory. This is the place where all official guests visiting Armenia are greeted.

A rather average-looking government building, home to the President of Armenia, worth a quick look.

Located at 26 Baghramyan Ave, right across from the Baghramyan metro station, the Presidential Palace is the huge home of the President of the Republic of Armenia. It was built in 1951 and originally served as the location of the Council of Ministers of the Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic. The building has been renovated and expanded over the years. The building is registered on the State Registry of Yerevan Historical and Cultural Monuments. In 2012, then U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton gave a speech at the Presidential Palace. From the street, its actually not a tremendously impressive building. But be sure to at least take a quick look when you're walking by.
