If you are looking for a Tour Operator to organise a walking tour of Yerevan or a tour in Armenia for a large group look no further! Fast replies, fantastic guides and helpful administrative staff, this is what you will find at Barev! We worked with 2 guides who walked 40 of our guests through Yerevan during 2 hours. Everyone was very impressed with their knowledge and passion to tell about their city. In previous years we also worked with Barev Tours to oranise a tour outside of Yerevan for 40 persons. All arrangements were done in less than two days! The company is flexible and does its best to meet the needs of the customers! Highly recommended.

I've always dreamt about visiting Winter Wonderland and hence we decided to visit a new place for Christmas.

After a lot of research we decided to go ahead with Armenia (since my colleague who is an Armenian speaks alot about it).

I found Barev via my research on the web. I read the reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to drop in a query.

They responded immediately to the initial email. Nzhdeh Yerenyan was my point of contact for this tour. I must say he was extremely understanding, Cooperative, accommodating to my list of queries and highly responsive both via emails and whatsapp. He even helped me out with my visa glitch at the airport.

Our tour was a classical winter tour booked for 7 days and we did manage to see and learn quite a lot about the Armenian cultute during these 7 days.

We had a private tour guide named Davit who I must say is a gem of a person - extremely friendly. He would play Armenian traditional music in the car for us to feel that we are in Armenia (music by Komitas).

Also the most exciting part of this trip were the lunch hours as we would visit places that nobody would ever guess that it is a restaurant. Traditional with Armenian cuisine.

And ofcourse my first experience of SNOW. Being from a desert this was my most awaited moment. I remember how I kept reconfirming with Nzhdeh if there would be snow in December. And Tsakhkadzor was dream come true for me where I built my 1st snow man on the top and many tourists even clicked a snap with him.

Thank you Barev Armenia for making this dream come true. Looking forward to visiting you'll again in Summer to witness the luscious green beauty (as Davit kept showing us images of how the same place would look in summer and it was totally different).

P.S: Tourists please go ahead and book Barev Armenia for any tours. They are totally affordable and worth ever penny spent. Trust me you will have no regrets.

Until next time (Մինչև հաջորդ անգամ)

I had a blast hiking to Mount Aragats with BA guide Levon! Levon was great, gave me a tour and answered all of my questions about Armenia. I forgot my trekking poles so he brought them for me which helped a lot. The sales team was very helpful as well. Thanks a lot! A look forward to hiking with you again!

I traveled with my father on the Barev Classical Armenia tour for seven days and eight nights; we were astounded by the experience! The food, wine, and history are unparalleled in Europe. And there's no way that we would have been able to find all of the historical sites we were taken to as part of this tour; even if we had known of them, navigating there would have been a challenge--Armenia's roads and the parking available at each attraction are not for the faint of heart. The tour operator, guide, and driver were extremely professional. We enjoyed it so much that we hope to return during a different part of the year using the same tour group. Truly an unforgettable vacation.

I can never doubt their hospitality and service of organizing our trip, our itinerary turned out to be extraoridinary because of the warmth of our tour guide, Kariné, she was really helpful and she prioritized our safety. I highly recommend her, she’s professional and really comfortable to be with. Best part was the snow and sunny, then raining and blossoms on the same day. We enjoyed a lot during our horse back riding along Garni gorge,we never had difficulty riding with the horses because they are well trained. They also offer us the awesome flavorful food for our lunch and they welcome us with most memorable dining experience at the local restaurant with a surprise birthday cake and red wine..

I booked two tours for myself and some colleagues. We did two one-day tours: Garni/Geghard/Lake Sevan, and Khor Virap/Noravank/Jermuk.

Nzhdeh helped me coordinate the tours through email & WhatsApp, and he was amazing to work with. Very responsive and helpful.

Karine was our tour guide for both days. She was such a pleasure to spend our time with! Both days our group was quite small (less than 5 people), so we were able to get through the tours a little more quickly than anticipated. I'm sure that tours for 10+ people would go a bit more slowly, but we did feel like we had enough time to take photos and enjoy each site without being rushed.

When we booked our tour, we selected to have lunch for an extra $10 pp. They were responsive to our dietary restrictions and we all felt comfortable with eating the food that was prepared. The locations they chose for lunch were in beautiful, peaceful settings.

I'd definitely select Barev Tours if I return to Armenia (which I hope I do!!)

Barev Armenia arranged a 14 tour of Georgia and Armenia for us. They did a splendid job of selecting hotels and setting up an itinerary. They were responsive to our requests, at one point switching us to a more convenient hotel and paying the difference in price. Most of all, the guides, Rezi in Georgia and Arthur in Armenia were first rate, well-versed in the history and culture of their respective countries. The daily tours lasted until the evening and took us to a variety of religious, historical and scenic wonders. Especially delightful was the capital city of Yerevan with its ubiquitous cafes, its dancing fountains, and its art-filled cascades. Five days in Georgia and nine days in Armenia were barely enough to sample the beauty of the countryside and the friendliness of the people, Book with Barev for a great time.

Altough tour was arranged on a short notice, company addressed my request very promptly... Tour guide and driver were very friendly and kind... I visited Tatev on a day long private tour. The place is some hours drive from Yerevan, but the guide made the trip feel short... Transportation (Mercedes E class) was very comfortable... I learned a lot about Armenia during the trip, thanks a lot for your hospitality.

loved the BarevArmenia tour.
excellent organization - met at the Yerevan airport, settled in a good hotel in the center. every day from 9 to 19.00 a rich excursion program: the beauties of Armenia, mountains, old temples, caves, waterfalls and delicious national cuisine for lunch and in the evening. We also visited the wine farm (Areni) and the Brandy Factory (Ararat) with a guided tour and tasting.

Special thanks to the organizers of the excursion, who solved my personal problem and postponed the visit to the excursion of the brandy factory (so that I could catch the plane), and the guide Anahit, who with great love told and showed so much in Armenia.
The country left a wonderful sunny impression!
