I initially contacted this tour operator for a trip to Armenia and Georgia. Karo, the organizer of the trip, suggested that with the days available it would be better to visit only Armenia but in more depth. We welcomed the suggestion and it was a great choice. Armenia has breathtaking landscapes, monasteries perched in places of extraordinary beauty, so much history to discover and culture to delve into.
Karo arranged a perfect trip; every day was well balanced in terms of things to see. We were able to see so much with the right timing. Special thanks to Anna, the Guide who accompanied us: she was really valuable at all times. Competent and knowledgeable about Armenian history but not only, with her stories in perfect Italian she made us understand so much about her country. Empathetic and attentive to our every need has helped make our trip extremely pleasant.
Excellent selection of restaurants, where we tasted some of the typical dishes of excellent Armenian cuisine often in contact with small local realities. The hotels were also always of an excellent standard. We highly recommend the Original Armenia Tour agency for anyone looking to embark on a trip to the Caucasus area.

We chose a ten-day tour of Armenia to visit it at its best: Karo
organized us a wonderful trip beyond our expectations! Breathtaking landscapes, monasteries and fortresses,
museums and more. Armenian cuisine also turned out to be a pleasant surprise starting with breakfasts. We also stayed in local facilities (b&b) very nice and cozy where the hostess cooked for us.
Our Vahe Guide-Driver was an added value to the discovery of the country.

My wife, son and I embarked on a 2-week trip consisting of a week in Georgia and a week in Armenia, from 1 to 15 June 2024. The first week we did the tour of Georgia in the company of Tea guide and Heracles driver and the second week the tour of Armenia with Vahe guide/driver.
The two guides Georgiana and Armenian were very prepared, very helpful and satisfied all our curiosity. Very good and helpful also the driver Heracles.
A special commendation goes to the tour organizer, Karo, who is also one of the owners of the Tour Operator Original Armenia. Throughout our stay Karo phoned us several times to make sure everything was going well.

We are about to return from a 10-day trip to Armenia (2 couples tour, with Italian Guide and driver): a truly dream trip. Karo organized everything perfectly: wonderful hotels, beautiful visited places and divine lunches and dinners. The Guide Anna really prepared, very good and professional, speaks perfect Italian and is nice. Also great driver Spartac. I'd say the best organized trip we've done. Penso che il modo di viaggiare e visitare luoghi ricchi di storia e cultura sia cambiato. La gente ha bisogno di attenzione e cure particolari. Con Original Armenia e soprattutto con Karo Serobyan questo è ormai possibile visitando la spettacolare Armenia. Servizi eccellenti ritagliati sul cliente, mai approssimativi, tutt'altro, sempre mirati al benessere e alle migliori scelte per godere di tutto il viaggio con pienezza. Riferisco di una settimana indimenticabile tra le bellezze di un Paese pochissimo conosciuto, ma ricco di fascino, di tantissime cose da ammirare per tutte le propensioni personali (storia, geologia, costume, religione, spiritualità,...). L'organizzazione è stata perfetta da tutti i punti di vista (viaggio, soggiorni, percorsi trekking, località da visitare,...). Le persone che hanno organizzato e ci hanno accompagnato (Karo e Raffaele) si sono dimostrate sicuramente molto di più che semplici guide: presenti in ogni momento, pronte ad adeguarsi a situazioni impreviste, pronte ad ascoltare con estrema disponibilità qualsiasi richiesta, competenti in tutti gli ambiti per soddisfare le nostre tante curiosità. Grazie di cuore ad Original Armenia Tour Operator, alla grande disponibilità e professionalità! Attraverso loro abbiamo conosciuto un'Armenia inaspettata e magica, dalle mille facce e mille sorprese...stupefacente ed indescrivibile...nelle persone e nei luoghi, davvero non so cosa dire di più!
