We contacted Hyur Services via their website to request for a quote after we have prepared our chosen itinerary for a 2 day trip. They responded to us very quickly and provided the best rate that we could find. Diana, who replied to our questions, is so polite and very helpful to us during the preparation of our trip. Also, the driver who took us to the sites, Mr. Levan, is very kind and hospitable to us during the whole trip. He is very friendly and made it sure that we are enjoying the trip. He gave good suggestions as to where we could eat and the restaurants that we had visited never disappoint. Kindly extend my thank you to him for a job well done.
Overall, I recommend Hyur Services in case you want to book private tours (such as ours) in Armenia. Their staffs are all friendly and very much willing to assist and make the whole trip a one of a kind experience.

We did 2 private day tours with Hyur services (Geghard, Sevanabank, Garni and Echmiadzin, Khor Virap, Noravank Monastery, Wine-tasting tour in the Areni Valley) and it was all worth the price. The tour officer Amalia was extremely diligent and professional while we were preparing the itineraries, responding very timely to my every question. During the tours, Tsoghijk (our guide) and Levon (our driver) were also extremely professional and attentive. Tsoghik provided lots of relevant information about the sites we visited and many interesting insights about armenian culture and history. She was also fluent in English and Spanish. We were provided a flawless service in every way.

I booked two tours with Hyur Services, a half day and a full day tour.
Bookings via the internet were smooth and payment could be done via credit card easily.
All necessary information regarding the tour is provided before the trip via email.
On the days of the tours themselves, we left on the dot in modern and very clean tour buses.
Both drivers and guides were perfectly prepared and helpful throughout the entire journeys.
I was more than amazed by the knowledge of the tour guides themselves as they were able to answer pretty much any question I asked. On the stops we made the tour group was always divided into a Russian and English speaking group, offering information for both groups in their respective languages. There was however always further time left to explore the sights without the group, take photos and take a rest.
If you want a full packed tour, with loads of information, comfortable busses and all for more than reasonable prices, I can highly recommend Hyur Service.
Normally I don't book organised tours on travels and this was my first experience with such a provider. However my experience was that good that I would definitely consider joining one of the here offered tours again, in case I return to Armenia

The tour itself was excellent: The scenery was lovely, the sites were interesting, historically important, and beautiful, and the tour guide gave historical context in excellent English. There was very fast WiFi on the bus if you wanted to look up additional information.
The most important thing to know is that though the tour may leave at 10, if you are not there by 9:30, they will call you repeatedly to ask if you're still coming and tell you to hurry. We had no idea we were expected to be there half an hour early, and it was uncomfortable to be told we were holding up the tour even though it was not yet 10. Once we arrived, the guide turned to the group seated in the bus and said "FINALLY" before opening into her information. And yet, we were seated on the bus by 9:58 and the bus started its engine and took off at 9:59 for a 10 am tour. Given that we had no idea to show up at 9:30, it was a very uncomfortable way to start the day. (While the ticket does say to be there at 9:30, we didn't receive our tickets until we had boarded the bus and the tour was booked by a third party, so that information was not available to us.)

Thank you for the review! We always ask our guests to come little bit earlier for the tours to pass the check in procedure and to take the preferable seats. The reason why our employees are calling to the guests before the tour is to make sure that all the guests are on their way, that their watches are set for the local time :) that they know exactly the location of starting point and that nobody is lost on the way etc. We are sincerely sorry to hear that our calls were annoying and made you inconvenience.
We will be glad to provide you with our services again!

We have been lucky to travel the world but have never found a guide like Khachatur Mirzoyan (Khach) who we met through Hyur, which as an agency was also exceptional with their customer service and responsiveness (on the itinerary, PCR tests, etc).
Special thanks to Armine Harutyunyan who always replied to our emails immediately.
Our guide, Khachatur Mirzoyan, quickly seemed to grasp how much and what type of information we wanted to know. As a result of his history studies, he is a walking encyclopedia of Armenian history and culture. He also has a wonderful, thoughtful and likable personality. He always put our curiosity, needs and desires first.
We felt very safe with all of the drivers and cars that were assigned to us. We were in contact with Armine Harutyunyan of Hyur for months in preparation of our trip. She was so patient, helpful and responsive. She arranged for our necessary PCR tests before we left Armenia and also booked our hotel reservations on our behalf.
We highly recommend Hyur Service and Khachatur Mirzoyan as a guide. Simply the best in Armenia.

We were in Armenia in last week and enjoyed 3 sightseeing tours with Hyur service. Our driver drove very carefully on what I would have to say is not easy conditions. Our guide kept us informed in historical details of all the places we visited. As a group of four we were together for 3 days visiting many places throughout Armenia and it was like being old friends. With my wife being able to speak Armenian the dinner and lunchtime conversations enabled us to include everyone.

Hyur Service is just excellent. I booked all my Armenia sightseeing trips with them and everything was spotless: timing, nice and knowledgeable guides, drivers specifically skilled in safe driving coaches in mountainous regions, free wifi, free bottled water and pastries. You will have to pay an additional fee for dining in a trip, but you can totally trust them in choosing places where they bring their tourists for dinner - those are usually countryside located family owned restaurants with a choice of fresh, good quality local food. Overall I think their group tours are just the best value and quality you can get in Yerevan.

Those 5 hours were so much full of exciting info about the city, religion, carpet weaving and brandy making + tasting. It was the easiest way to visit the highlights without spending time in queues, cause the agency took care of everything in advance. We were a group of nearly 20 people and did enjoy our tour!

We would like to thank Hyur for an unforgettable experience we had in Armenia. Tigran, our guide, was warm, friendly and kind. He was extremely knowledgeable and also flexible in terms of the activities that we did - we went on a boat ride on lake Sevan which wasn’t part of the itinerary and we also watched a lady bake bread. Arthur was our driver and he was fantastic and kind. Next time we visit Armenia, we will be booking more tours with Hyur!!! Thank you Tigran and Arthur for making our day so special and memorable!

We have 2 options of group tours, which are organized according to fixed schedule and on exact days of the week:
on Mondays: 10:00 - Garni temple, Geghard, lavash baking, Lake Sevan (Sevanavank) (8-9 hours);
on Wednesdays and Fridays: 10:00 - Garni temple, Geghard, lavash baking (5-6 hours).
In case you prefer to visit lake Sevan, you should choose the tour which is organized on Mondays.

Hello, we will be glad to have your participation in our 3 day/ 2 night tour to Artsakh. Considering that the trip includes also hotel accommodation, it is preferable to make a reservation in advance via e-mail or phone to secure your places, while the purchase of the tickets may be realized also on May 26-27 when you are in Yerevan.
For the moment we have 16 persons registered for this tour. The largest vehicles are foreseen for 49 pax, so this is the maximum number of people for the group.
