Only the facade of the central market is untouched and a must see. In the inside they completely destroyed the fromer structure. There is now a normal super market on the ground floor and a café on a second. You can skip all that.

You will find mountains of local cheeses, breads, dried fruits of all kinds and unusual spices. The prices are reasonable and the sellers are overall friendly without being pushy. Be sure to taste the dried fruits before buying, quality is irregular.

This is one of the best markets in central city of Yerevan. In comparison to SAS and several other market in center of the city, the price in this market is reasonable. You can also find anything you want in it.
If you want to compare the prices of central market with Dalma garden mall, they are the completely same. You can buy the same item from Dalma mall with the same price as central market.

Went there thinking I would find a market and just found a normal supermarket. Don’t waste your time. It doesn’t deserve. Unless you were looking for one.

When I first visited Yerevan this was very typical bazaar. Now it is supermarket but it serves tonir lavash and fresh khorovats.
Very easy place to visit for shopping but little sad that good bazaaar disappeared.
Upstairs have some restaurants and children places.

A large supermarket that we were recommended to visit. There is a choice for every taste and color. Cooking and baking. A tourist will not be able to leave here hungry! We recommend it, although the prices are normal for Yerevan.
