I am a leisure player and like this course better than the Vinpearl as you have beautiful scenery and plenty of space as well as a challenging course
Staff were very polite at my first visit, Caddy only ok not super and they do not provide ordering juice or coffee when you are on the course

I’m a 5 hdcp, It was an okay course, the layout was fine, beautiful scenery. It’s an older course, not a ton of detail spent on manicuring. Fairways were tight, greens rolled true. When I called they said it was booked until March, it was difficult communicating, so I took a quick drive to the course. The gal explained I could come out any day after 2 for their twilight rate, which was roughly $77 usd. I wouldn’t pay the $130 or so they want for a non twilight. Not when you can play Vinpearl for $140. The difference is significant. I will say the staff at DB was terrific. My caddie was a young gal who knew roughly what club I preferred after only a few holes, her yardages were were amazingly accurate. Every time she gave me a yardage I’d double check with a range finder and it would be pretty darn close, she’d give me an eyebrow raise telling me I shouldn’t doubt her...Facilities were nice, very clean, no driving range, a large putting green, and a locker room. I’ll go again.

Nice course with a nice layout. The course is owned by the same Russian group that Owns Da Lat golf course. And you can quickly see the similarities. They both have Vietnamese management. The words “ management” and “Vietnamese”are an oxymoron for sure. The staff including the caddies are not trained. If your golfing here for the first time you will know more about the course then most caddies there . It is hot, understandably. But try to purchase water or get a caddy to get you some is a real task. Would never go back. With Vinpearl so close and so much better you would be wise to skip this one. Hopefully they will close soon and make better use of the land or hirer real mangers.

Located in a larger compound with some villas but with quite a number of abandoned unfinished buildings around.
Located in a nice valley, surrounded by green hills. The valley opens to the sea.
Started at #1, holes #2 and #3 were closed. Apparently the bad weather the days before had made them unplayable. The other fairways very muddy and squishy. Bunkers in terrible shape.
Caddy was in a bad shape as well. Didn’t like her job.
This course is not a course you want to play in the wet season.

Had my first 18 holes in jan 2018.
Pros: nice layout & challenging, good caddies
Cons: service level, pricey green fee at weekends, not easy to play, putting green maintenance

The course is well maintained and many of the greens are undulating (read: difficult), but the caddy was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and overall it was a good day out golfing.

Booked to play there but when we got there found that the greens on the first none had been sanded couple of days ago, and that they had shut the second nine down. No apologies. No offer to refund part of the green fees. Attitude was bad. Since we were already there played the first nine twice. Would not recommend this course at all. Go play Vin pearl. That is an outstanding course and give this a big miss.

Nice course, by the sea but surrounded by hills. Fairways and greens are well maintained. Caddy is ok. Club house is nice. Located between airport and city. 15 mins taxi from city to the course. Morning is expensive to play. I suggest you tee off at 2pm, cost about USD$60 including buggy, green fee and caddy. Tips for caddy is USD$10 for 18 holes. Course is challenging yet enjoyable. Buggy on track. Nice view.

I said this a few times when playing the course, it's not bad, it's not great. The course offers a nice layout but is let down by the surrounds. Caddies were good however not great. Greens offer up some challenges and there are some really nice holes.

This was a great course. However the poor quality of caddies made it my worst golf experience EVER. They won't tell, or don't know where the next hole is. I walked and it made it a much longer walk because they would not direct you. They speak very little English. They seldom watched your ball to see where it landed. On the green is where their ineptitude really shown
Though though. They never marked the ball and cleaned it or pulled the pin.
I played two rounds and had 3 caddies for the two rounds. I finally gave up after 8 holes on the second day and walked off. So. Ad I refused
to pay. I was spitting bullets pissed for Hal the day after that.
