Best in the midst of Night
It's an interesting place to go maybe once on your trip. The lights are magical, people very friendly, although you do need to keep your wallet close. Be sure to haggle for things and don't take the first price offered. Go through the whole market before you buy anything because it might be much less expensive down the row. Decide on the price you want to pay then offer half of the price quoted, dicker on up to your final price and be prepared to walk away. If you do 9 times out of 10, you will pay your price or a skosh higher. Enjoy

    Small night market
This night market is small (about 250 meters long) located in the middle of Nha Trang city. Selling souvenirs, clothes, dried food and ladies accessories. Price is touristy high. Bargain hard but you will still end up paying high price. Locals don't shop here.

    Shopping trip
The night market has all the items that is on sale at Dam Market. Easy to get to and well set out. Most things are marked up by up to 50% so haggling is a must. Loads of restaurants in the area so finish off the evening with dinner and a drink.

Nice to see but don’t purchase
Small market with stalls selling almost exactly the same thing, TShirts, magnets, straw or hessian hand bags at seriously and I mean seriously over inflated prices. I was quoted 250k VND for a hessian bag - I was already carrying one around, which was a better quality with me I had bought in London for just 10% of the price quoted, I paid a £1 for it in Tesco. I am happy to support any local economy, especially independent traders but the traders in these markets need to be a bit more realistic.

Do not waste your time here
Nothing to buy here. Do not waste your time. These stores mark up the price especially if you tourist. They willing to do whatever it take to sell product for you. If you walk by at first they nice and try to sell as high as possible( more than triple original price). If you walk by only ask price and walk away without buy anything. They will yell, scream, rude. They threaten and circle, isolate until you buy it or else.

Small small night market, not worth
A very small night market selling souvenirs, toys and clothings. Every stalls sells almost the same things. Entire market is less than 100 metres and we took less than 10 mins to finish walking. Bought some sand toys and bargain for half the price. Not worth visiting at all.

    Short street.
Don't expect the night market like in Bangkok so big and many things to eat. Shops are basically selling the same stuff like fake brands, local packet food, bags and souvenirs etc. Need to bargain aolt.

    Very happening. But be careful
It's fun to stroll through the road checking out all sort of things. There are food stalls, dessert stores and street food (but not many), food quality is so-so. Be prepared to do some bargaining for up to 30% off or maybe more. Also watch out for cheating shop owners - i bought 4 pieces of clothing from a shop and the lady put in only 2 pieces in the bag. I didn't check and only realized when i got back to the hotel. It is on shop selling maxi dress and beach shorts (i forgot the name, but somewhere halfway through the road). The seller of that shop was a middle age lady with a son around 18-20 year-old.

    Dime A Dozen
This small one street market (150mtrs) is in the centre of Nha Trang. Right off the beach You cant compare this market with the night markets in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. Its realy small. The majority of visitors are tourist. You wont see much locals shopping here. Its dime a dozen. Souvenirs. cheap clothes and sport(shoes), that they want to sell expensive. Handicrafts, herbs, bags, coffee beans and vietnamese sweets. Make sure you always haggle. I wanted to buy two fake Tommy Hilfiger jeans. The stall owner asked 800000 Dong/ 28 euro/ 35 usd for one pair of jeans. I could get it for 250000 Dong/ 9 euros/ 11 usd. And believe me i did not have to negotiate for long about the price. And i am sure he still makes a good profit. According to the brochure, there are 16 cuisine stalls. I have seen only two restaurats. One in the middle of the market. One at the end and one stall also at the end. Opening hours are from 18pm till 00pm but a lot of stalls are open before 18pm. Peak hours are between 19pm and 23pm

Best purchase of my life !
My wife and I were walking from Kiwani restaurant towards the beach and she suggested we go via the Nha Trang Night Market. I didn’t think much of it and as we walked through it everything seemed as usual, but then my wife mentioned a selfie stick that she had just seen. We had mentioned the possibility of getting a selfie stick in passing conversations but I didn’t think anything of it - but for some reason on this particular occasion I had a feeling that I had to go back to inspect the selfie stick. As soon as I saw the selfie stick, I picked it up and immediately the intense bartering began. The lady selling the stick opened the fierce negotiations with 70k Vietnamese dong but I wasn’t having any of it and suggested 50k, then she said 65 but I said no ! And then we agreed on 60k ! I love my selfie stick, however my wife is jealous of the stick and my feelings towards it. I definitely prefer my wife from my selfie stick and I wish she knew how I really feel.
