Great local cooking experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon with Anh. He picked us up from our hotel and we toured the local market as he shared his expert food knowledge. Then off to a nearby local home to prepare and cook three delicious recipes. Not only was he a great source of knowledge about Hue food, but we also enjoyed hearing his perspectives on life in Vietnam. He answered all our questions and was great company. Our session ran longer because we talked so much! We would thoroughly recommend Anh to anyone looking for a fun and authentic experience in Hue.

Must do cooking class in Hue!

Great intimate cooking class with Anh! Visiting the market with Anh was highly informative and we had a wonderful time cooking and learning about a Vietnamese food and culture. Anh is a great teacher and cool person, and his English is excellent. Also, the food we cooked together was delicious and we are excited to bring home the recipes and cook for our friend. Highly recommended!

Fun authentic cooking experience

We had a really fun night cooking with Anh! He showed us how to make some traditional dishes that are easy enough to replicate at home. Anh is also a very kind and genuine person. I wish him all the best in his cooking endeavors!

Best food in Hue

If you do anything in Hue you must do this cooking class! Incredible experience! Anh was an awesome guide, host, and teacher. He guides you around the market and teaches you all about it, and then you head back to cook with him. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and really goes above and beyond to help you learn, even sending recipes! It is a great immersive, and cozy experience. You will leave super full!

Vegetarian cooking class

My sister and I booked a vegetarian cooking class with Anh in Hue. We started the day with shopping at the market and then we prepared 4 dishes. We had a very good time and the food was amazing! We learned a lot and we got to take the recipes home, we will definitely try to cook some of the dishes.

I can only recommend booking a class with Anh!!

We had an amazing time during our cooking class and visit to the market. We cooked three dishes to our choice and one was even better than the other. If you are looking for a good chef and fun class I can recommend you this for sure! 100%

Flavour packed food and Anh was an excellent instructor
Anh is sweet and a great cooking class instructor and is easy to understand in English :-)

The tour to the market was exciting. The food we cooked was so delicious and SOOO packed with flavour! We will certainly try to replicate some of the recipes at home!

The actual cooking takes place in Ahn’s sisters house. Very… local and worn. It threw us off at first but everything that needs to be kitchen-clean to make a delicious meal was clean.
Just so you are prepared - don’t expect a shiny kitchen to cook in.

The Best Experience in Hue

Anh is an excellent chef who welcomed us into his own house and made us feel at home. I am so grateful for this opportunity to share stories and cook with Hue's sweetest person. This experience was so worth it and you will definitely be impressed and satisfied by the flavors. The dishes were truly the best!
I was picked up at my hotel even though it wasn't listed in the selected hotels so I truly appreciated it. I cannot recommend enough!

Great experience. Felt very authentic. Anh is a great host, has brilliant English, and is a patient teacher. Would highly recommend. Glad we did this in Hue, not Hoi An, as it was a small class and a more natural environment

Hue has the best and big variety food in Vietnam but not many western know about that. So the class not busy at the moment when people book. Fun Family Traditional Activity
