From start to finish, chú Tiến and cô Liên were impeccable hosts. They welcomed us (my parents, their friends and I) into their home and each morning we woke up to generous breakfasts, all made to perfection by cô Liên. Chú Tiến showed us around Hue, cycling down village roads and taking us into the countryside. Their hospitality and knowledge of the area truly made our time in Hue. I would recommend Tien Bicycles to any and all cyclists; chú Tiến is the real deal.

Mr. Tien and his wife, Lien, were so welcoming to our party of five for a 3 day stay. Our mornings began with very generous, full Vietnamese breakfasts of the highest quality. We cycled everyday and Tien joined us, taking us on routes that Google maps did not provide. Along the way, we visited people who made conical hats, produced incense, and made paper lotus flowers. We saw lots of emperors' tombs and he made sure we were well fed when lunch rolled around also. This home stay experience was definitely luxurious with no details left unattended. The accommodations were only part of the experience. The attention to us as guests by this couple was extraordinary and I would highly recommend that cyclists of all levels would find themselves in good hands with Tien.

Mr. Tien is a very kind and charming man and possibly knows everyone in Hue. He knows all the best roads and hidden spots to eat like a local. Gorgeous rides along the rivers, East Sea, rice fields, gardens, markets, and ornate cemeteries. Plus all the must see locales like imperial city, My Son sanctuary, and mausoleums. His English speaking guide, Phu, was very knowledgeable about the history of Vietnam and all the places we went. We were also able to meet with local crafts people, making food, incense, weavings, etc as well as learn tips about cooking and organic farming from locals. The bikes were very comfortable Trek hybrids with cushy seats that make even 30-40m days seem easy. We arranged our trip through pure adventure based in AZ, USA and were not disappointed at all. My. Tien and staff were ways punctual and ready to go.

I did a 3 days biking trip from Hue to Hoi An with Tien, As a motorcycle lover, I think biking is boring and tired but I changed my mind about biking since I did the trip with Tien. Tien is an expert about bike mechanic and riding experiences. He owns many great condition bikes the TREK. We was picked up from Hue train station and transferred to his family hotel - office. His wife - a friendly traditional Hue woman - is always with smiles and cared about if we need helps, information ... we left all luggage at the hotel and begin to cycle along the Huong river, visit Royal Palace, Thien Mu pagoda and the King Tombs. The boat trip from Ming Mang Tomb to Hue was very enjoyable with beautiful view. Next day we ride through Khanh Toan ancient bridge then along the coast to Non Nuoc beach and cycle up steep Hai Van mountain passes. Hard day but the fresh air (no smoked of the front motorcycle :)) like we used to have) Last day we ride the urban area of Hoi An was great experience What a great trip

We did a one-day bike trip from Hoi An and it was a great experience! We were picked up at our hotel, then jumped on the bike for a quick nip to the local crossing ferry. We set off in good spirits and quickly hit the back roads towards the Tam Giang Lagoon. We were impressed with the views we saw on the way with pretty countryside, farmers ploughing their fields, fishing villages, smiling children….We also enjoyed a brief stop, watching noodles and rice paper being made by hand. The rest of the ride was flat and we passed through a number of small and colorful towns. Our guide, C Nguyen, was very knowledgeable and attentive, providing great stories and information about the places we passed. All the bikes were amazing! (New Trek) We highly recommend this tour!
